• Ionut (10/5): All and all - price and comfort plus the position - very good! - Nice, clean and spacious... right near the highway, but the apartment was very well isolated so you could nearly hear the sounds. 2 bus stations very close... only 5 stations from Termini Station in central Rome. Excellent price - and IDEAL for a couple în a city break style of traveling. The host was great! thanks, Thomas for everything! The bed was actually a couch, but still nice and comfy. Old elevator (Italian style - but added a nice touch to the stay to feel the actual Rome atmosphere)
• Mikko (10/5): Exceptional - The location was good and and you good find food etc nereby. Not far away ftom metro and walking distance to colosseum and termini. The host took good care of us and even provided us some snacks and water. The apartment was quite quiet even though there is a road just next to balcony. You can see just a road if you open the curtains.
• Moldovanu (9/5): Comfortable apartment with blocked windows - A nice and clean apartment with everything you need.Good location(300m)~5min to get the nearest and newest metro station LODI,that has communication with other lines to get historical places (30min till Vatican). I was disappointed to see that all windows and balcony are blocked by a big suspended road that is fixed to this part of building.Impossible to open the windows due to road dust .For me was very important to have a view,natural sunshine,and fresh air from outdoor.
• Buğrahan (10/5): Convenient location, great transport links, and a clean, well-equipped flat. - The location is excellent, being close to train, tram, and bus stations. There are lovely coffee shops nearby. The flat is clean and equipped with everything you need. Electronic coffee maker provided, but limited coffee supply.
• Elena (10/5): An excellent stay in Rome - We had an excellent stay at this apartment. Thomas was very helpful and replied immediately to any question. The communication was excellent. He gave us very good instructions on how to reach the apartment and take the keys from the lockbox. For us, the host's personality and attitude are very important, and Thomas is one of the best hosts we have met so far! He is a friendly and helpful person. The apartment has everything you need, and the appliances worked well. The washing machine, the De Longhi coffee machine that produced excellent espresso, the air conditioner, the stove, the TV - everything was in great condition. The lift in the building works well, too. It never caused any trouble, and we never had to wait for it, even though the building is quite big. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Strongly recommended. Thank you, Thomas! We liked everything!

• Graqu (8/5): Very good - I appreciate contact with owner, very easy acces to room and this is better as I expected . Our flight was delayed big ammount of time, but we could easily get to an apartment at 2 a.m. We had there coffe, tea and some cleaning product. There are also equipped kitchen so you can spare on food in Rome. - What I also like is smart TV and comfortable bed. Road noise - Flat is very close to crowded road, so you have to keep windows and roller shutter closed to sleep. Not recomended to people who looking for silent place. - "near termini" is little bit missleading in name. We had to go around 30 mins to train or take bus to go there. It is still good location but better to check map before you will decide.
