Lage zur U-Bahn sehr nahe, zentrumsnah, urbanes Viertel mit Geschäften und Gastronomie. Guter Kontakt zum hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Wohlfühlwohnung. Gerne wieder. Nichts.

• Tyrone (10/5): Hidden gem. This is a fabulous apartment. - The unit is beautiful. The pictures are exactly what it looks like and the view is stunning. Spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had all equipment needed and much more. Cleaning products provided for dishes. The host left additional teas and other condiments to be used. Bedroom is neat and bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean with towels, bath & body wash provided. The host is very thoughtful by leaving quite a few household and domestic products for guests. The living space is massive, Tv has Netflix and other major apps. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you :)

• Francisco (9/5): Superb - Nice spacious apartment, with views to the Donaukanal. Nice kitchen. Location was good for what I had to do in Vienna. It is close to subway station. Good communication with host. Key pickup was easy.
• Igor (10/5): Amazing Apartment with a River View - Super comfy, clean, and has everything one would need including cooking ware and wine glasses :) Perfect location: historichal bulding with amazingly high ceiling, wonderful river view and park, close to the subway, easy access to the city center and museums. Quiet area, but well-connected. Would stay again! Easy communication with host on instructions how to get in and collect keys out of the locker. -nothing

• Lizaveta (9/5): Superb - Great location, big apartment and basics like tea/coffee/oil/etc are there It was a bit cold despite turning up the heating system. But we discovered it on the second day of our stay so maybe it could have been warmer if we turned it on earlier
• Francis (10/5): Really enjoyed the apartment, so easy to live in and the 20th District is very close to the center of Vienna by subway. - The apartment is very spacious, easy to live in and very close to the subway (2m walk). Like most viennese apartments it does not have air-conditioning. Apparently viennese have an mis conception that aircon make you sick. So most apartments in Vienna do not have aircon.

• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Good localisation, quiet place, nice old building, furnished in typical viennese style suitable for these buildings. The kitchen and bathroom are new and renovated. You also have dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron. Some welcome tea and coffee is available in the apartment. Perfect for business trip as well as if you go there with couple friends. -

• Peter (10/5): Great apartment, large double bed, well equipped kitchen, large lounge/TV, friendly landlord. - The keys are in a lock box. You need to make sure you know where the box is and what the code is before arriving. The apartment is spacious and well located for the U4 and various trams. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with nice view but, although there is a lift, this seems to need a special code. If you have heavy bags it could be a little hard to get the bags up the stairs.
• Sergio (10/5): Very nice and cozy surprise! - Very beautifull and cozy appartment. For two there is a lot of space. - An entry, - a chitchen with gas cooking, oven, fridge and freezer, dish washer,..., - a living-dining room with dining table, tv and stereo that we didn'tuse, a 3seater couch, - a bedroom with a twin bed (aka one big bed with two matresses) and - a bathroom with shower, washing machine (so we could wash our clothes whenever needed), sink and toilet with one of those "washing splash bidet cleaning system" (so smoother cleaning after big commission and less toilet paper needed 😃). The bedroom is situated so that it was very calm, facing an interior court, so no street under the bedroom window. The windows in the living room are well isolated, so we didn't hear the street noise. It is near to grocery, bakery, some shops and nice restaurants in a 5-15 min walk radius, and tram and metro station at 5min walk, so getting to the sight seeing and most locations with public transportation is easy. Viennas public transports are well developped and googlemaps is a helpfull companion to easily reach your destination in the city. It is in an old building, but the appartment is nicely renovated. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer my questions. He was also flexible for the self check-in and -out, as far as possible considering the previous and following guests. A very good stay, we were very confortable and cozy during our 10 days stay in December. I will definitively recommend it to friends wanting to visit Vienna. Only a few details: There is an elevator, but there are some stairs to take because it doesn't stop exactly at the level of the floor ( not a problem for us, but may be for people with reduced mobility). There was no iron - ironing plank to iron clothes, if ever you need to do such a thing as iron during vacations 🤔. The heating system is a bit noisy at times, but it works very well (we stayed in December) and we got used to the noise astonishingly quick. The buildung is old, or should I say vintage 😀. But don't be affraid by the first look, the appartment is nicely renovated and the building has a hidden charm with some nice details reminding the good old times.

• Raul (9/5): I would love to live there - Excellent location on the shores of the canal with a lot of trees and benches and also close to the center The bed mattress was a little hard for my taste, and destroyed my back a little bit:)
