• Serhat (10/5): Exceptional - Even though the apartment is not big, it is very well-designed. It is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We found everything we needed in the apartment: a parking slot, washing machine, kettle, TV, fast internet, and balcony. The area is also quiet and green.
• Kai (9/5): Overall the stay was good - The toilet was clean and there is free parking. The house has everything needed. The owner is responsive and informed us how to park and get into the house. Many mosquitoes. I have been bitten quite abit and killed 5 mosquitoes in the room. It will be good if the owner can inform the building management to fumigate the water drain around the building and carpark area.

• Yury (10/5): Exceptional - Small but really nice apartment in quiet place 20 min by bus from Florence city centrer. Everything you need starting from kitchen till bath equipment is available. Free private parking just in front of the apartment doors is available. Lanscape in apartment area is quite hilly, in case you decide to get to Florence city center by bus (bus stop is 5-7 min by walk), so it could be a little fitness challenge. :) A little bit tricky to find for the first time when travelling by car, but patience is the key answer. :)
• Frank (9/5): Superb - New apartment building and very nice apartment. There is a free parking spot available which is really good if you travel by car. The place is not in the center, but by bus easy to reach in 20 minutes. The place is a little hard to find but the owner provides some guidance which you should follow. It just needs a bit of managing Google maps or card reading skills. A nice experience finding the place with small roads and so on. Otherwise nothing to complain.
• July (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a very quiet area with nearly everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is attentive to the small details - you can find even olive oil and spaghetti there. The apartment is very cosy. It is a little bit far from the city centre, it took us 6-7 minutes to get to the bus stop first. In the morning we often walked to the centre - it took us 20 minutes to get to Porta Romana or Boboli Gardens. But in the evening you should be careful not to miss your bus as they don't run so often, and the road goes up.

• Ganna (10/5): Great appart! - It is really great appart. While in the room we felt the ancient spirit of Florence. We liked that everything was thought out to the smallest detail. Great setting, a bit of a walk to get to the bus, but we enjoyed the walk. City center 10 min by bus. All attractions from the center are within walking distance. We are happy that we were here. The only thing which disappointed us and that made our trip sad was that we bought online fake Bochitelli pass tickets. We strongly recommend you do not buy museum tickets online. Buy your pass directly at the museum box office.
• Olena (10/5): The flat exceeded my expectations - Wonderful very clean flat. It has everything you need for living and cooking. Even small consumables such as salt, sugar, oil, coffee and so on were provided and we didn't have to buy it all for a few days. Shops within a 10 minute walk. The town centre is about half an hour walk away. The landlady is as responsive as possible to all requests and questions. All instructions are in the form of videos, so it is very easy to understand everything. It was a pleasure to stay here, we will return again if we are in Florence.
• Sturza (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is a perfect location for a couple who want to have a small trip in Florence. It’s about 15-20 min far away by bus from the centre. There is a station in nearby and you can get easily to all the most-known sightseeings. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a smooth communication during our stay there. Moreover, the apartment has a lot of facilities, which enables you to feel like”home”. I kindly recommend this apartment to everyone❤️🫶
• Tatiana (10/5): Perfect - Everything was just great!! Bed linen and towels snow-white! Washing machine is there along with the detergent as well as hair dryer. The host was always helpful even when we closed the door with the key inside the apartment. It’s possible to reach the city center by bus, but we parked our car near the Piazzale Romano for 2€ per hour. Definitely recommend this apartment even for longer stays None

Surrounded by greenery. The accommodation was lovely and clean! We had everything you could possibly ask. The host was very good welcoming and even suggested some good places to eat. We will definitely come back again There was nothing not to like
• Zainab (10/5): Pleasant stay with a very friendly owner - The property was very clean and very new. The shower was very nice to bathe in and hot water. There is everything you need including a washing machine which was very helpful. Free wifi and free parking . The owner was very nice, polite and even helped us when we forgot the keys inside the apartment. He came very quick to rescue us. He upgraded our apartment to a bigger one out of his generosity. He gave us information about the city, where to park cheap in the city and local restaurants. The owner is a very lovely man and helped us from start to finish. Will definitely stay here again.
