• Marine (10/5): We loved it! - Great location, great house, plenty of space, and amazing outdoor space. We did a work seminar in the house, the living room was perfect for it. And plenty of space for everyone. I thought there were 4 bedrooms, but there was actually 3, and one of them is a bit on the way to the living room, so not great when it's work colleagues, but not a big deal for a family

House was clean and had all amenities needed. Pool is only heated at an extra cost of $100 a day. This was not advertised (I see it has been added now). This was a big disappointment for our family trip.
• robert (8/5): - Comfortable beds, lots of space, lots of kitchenware, good location, quiet even though it was in an intersection. Some sounds from planes during the day. Some wear and tear. Bean bag game should be replaced, pool could be painted for a cleaner look. But really nothing to complain about, only small things they could do to make it spotless for no cost. Lights around pool area could be easier to switch on and of.
• INKatsina (9/5): A beautiful, short stay, worth the while. - This is an excellent choice, with virtually everything possible to make your stay a real vacation. From out door activities to indoors, name it, this house is a complete package. The host was amazing and tried their best for us Much appreciated. I will highly recommend this for a family vacation. The booking indicates 24 hours free cancelation, but upon booking, we wanted to reduce a day to finish some work, but they indicated a charge of about $1000. The 4th bed is in a living room, and the 3rd room is in the walkway to the other living room. But the place is amazing.

• Jaimee (9/5): A great place for a retreat from the business of LA, but 10 minutes drive to almost everything! - Perfect location close to all the highlights in LA. Super clean, beautiful back yard, kitchen well stocked with everything. Nice little touches for the guests including an amazing coffee bar! Air conditioner never stopped running, keeping the house quite cold. The thermostat and unit weren’t talking to each other. Found a previous guests old lasagna in the cupboard, we of course discarded it.

• Abbie (10/5): Amazing stay! The house was spotless and had everything we needed - We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home! It was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of, there was a BBQ for outdoor cooking, and even thoughtful touches like hair dryers, straighteners, and plenty of fresh towels. The bathrooms were fully stocked with soaps, shampoo, and cotton buds, making it feel like a true home away from home. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, complete with fun inflatables that the kids absolutely loved! We also appreciated having a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher for convenience, and the fact that there was a TV in every room was a fantastic bonus. This place truly exceeded our expectations—highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Ceiling fans would go a long way towards cooling the residence.....the one room with the mini-split was the only room that got truly cool...weather was nice, so it wasn't much of an issue....>

Already pla - Hands down the Best Property stay experience we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived everything was seamless, and the property exceeded our expectations in every way! Location was on point, communication with our amazing host was exceptional! The home is immaculate! The confort was incredible! Not a thing!
• Summer (10/5): Exceptional - The home was beautiful and had so much to offer, from the abundant amount of sitting and sleeping areas to the little things like the games and pool tubes. Gadi made sure to check in periodically to make sure everything was going great. My family, friends, and I definitely enjoyed our stay at this home, and we would recommend it to others. The location is great as well, close to the freeway, a Ralphs is 3 minutes away and a bunch of other places. Parking was great, no one had any issues with that.

• David (9/5): Superb - The property layout took some time to get used to, it was very big. We were also impressed by the outdoor seating and pool areas. We also enjoyed using the rear-most room to enjoy the ending of Shogun The hanging bed took some time to get used to sleeping in, and that room also had a roof ceiling which meant there was a lot more sound let in from the outside. This normally wouldn't be a problem, but the planes taking off and landing at the nearby airport was louder than I expected.

Loved how close we were to Universal - The house was beautiful and accommodated our family of 9 and a major plus that the house was dog friendly so I was able to bring my Maltipoo. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Kitchen was very equipped and grateful for the coffee and creamer provided. No cons. Wished we stayed longer than the weekend.

The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice location close to a super market. I have a nearly 18 year old that loved having a room with a couch, tv, and bed all in the same room. He said it felt like a mini studio apartment.

We travel a lot and this is the first time we have been welcomed with such a high level of service. The house is located in a very pleasant and quiet residential area. It's a large, beautiful house, very well decorated and perfectly equipped, which makes you feel right at home. - the bedding is new and very comfortable - the sheets and towels are of very good quality and new - the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to live and cook there - the outdoor areas are tastefully laid out for a very pleasant stay - the BBQ area is incredible - the large heated swimming pool is a delight - we swam every day in the middle of December - little gifts are laid out in the bathrooms and toilets, and there's even a blow-dry kit. In short, a magical time for the 6 of us. I highly recommend this incredible house. Congratulations! Rien

We loved the backyard setup and the cool decor and furnishings around the place. Finding a space like this for a big group is hard in LA, so we were very happy to not only find one but get one that had so many thoughtful touches.

The house was really clean, beyond well stocked for all the cooking we wanted to do (since we have kids). Loved the outdoor space, heated pool, and eating outside under string lights. Check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Los Angeles. Nothing, it was perfect.
