- david (10/5): Fantastica - La limpieza de la casa , el acceso y la cama. Algún picaporte roto y una vecina chalada que daba unas voces desquiciantes.
- Aprilia (1/5): Asqueroso, experiencia de horror - Lo único por suerte fue tener un supermercado en frente donde poder comprar papel igienico limpio para sostituir el asqueroso que había en el piso. El piso estaba sucio y asqueroso en todas partes, la puerta ventana del balcón no se podía cerrar y cuando he contactado con los dueños me contestaban bordes o no me contestaban. No había papel igienico limpio uy encontré pelos en toas partes del baño, en el suelo y también el la pared interior de la ducha. Además no había ni secador de pelo y me fui con il pelo mojado.
- Banu (7/5): Not bad - The home in general was very cute, clean and well equipped. Location was very good, just 1 minute to metro line 3. There are many markets and shops in its street. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. The bed frame was squeaking all the time so we slept by removing it and putting the bed on the floor. And because the middle part of the bed collapsed, it was quite uncomfortable for two people to sleep. Since the house is interior in the building, it is located very close to the window of the other apartment. Therefore, there is no privacy at home. There is constant noise and smells of food.
- Johanna (3/5): Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures - this place is a dump - Location is decent, about a block away from the Delicias metro stop. Internet works well. There is a pervasive smell of mold that doesn't go away even with the windows open 24/7. There is no direct sunlight at any time of day. Very little privacy as the windows look directly into neighbors' windows. I arrived to find dishes dripping wet and dirty in the cupboard. The toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet, and the sheets smelled like they hadn't been washed. There was other people's hair in the shower and all over the bed. I complained to the management and they ignored my messages for three days, then said they would send a team to fix it but never sent anyone, then lied to Booking.com stating they had addressed the issues. On the last day, the cleaning crew entered the apartment without knocking, before checkout time, telling me I needed to get out because they needed to clean for the next guest. This is a low-rent apartment with mold issues that they've decorated with visually appealing but cheap and broken fixtures. Stay away!
