• Nicolas (10/5): Excellent séjour ! Emplacement idéal pour visiter Athènes. - Tout était parfait ! Très bel appartement, décoré avec goût tout en étant fonctionnel et bien équipé. La localisation est idéale pour visiter Athènes, nous avons tout pu faire à pied. Evgenia nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et de bonnes recommandations. Merci également pour les petites douceurs à l'arrivée qui ont été très appréciées. Rien, nous aurions juste voulu rester plus longtemps !

Beautifully done kitchen and bathroom (with a washing machine!). Lots of local guide books to use while there. Nothing. Would stay again and would recommend.

• Gabrielle (10/5): The perfect stay in Athens! - The host went out of her way to help us both before and during our stay, we can't rate her high enough! The apartment is lovely, very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Check in was easy and smoothy, everything was very clear for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we would definitely recommend!
• Chinyi (10/5): - The host is very nice and friendly to us and very patient in communicating with us. That made us feel like we are making a new friend in Athens. The apartment has very inviting decorative design which offers us with warmth and comfort. The host also prepared a lot of snacks, breads and juice for our breakfast. Because of our flight issue, we could not stay there for two night as originally planned but we really enjoyed the one night stay which made our Athens experience more treasurable and pleasant.

I would also like to separately mention the warm and caring attitude of the host. • Nikolaos (10/5): Μια όαση δίπλα στην Ακρόπολη! - Όσες φορές επισκεπτόμαστε την Αθήνα επιλέγουμε να μένουμε στην περιοχή Κουκακίου-Μακρυγιαννη για διάφορους λόγους. Εδώ και χρόνια ψάχνουμε το κατάλυμα που θα μας κάνει να επιστρέψουμε και την επόμενη φορά και φέτος συμφωνήσαμε όλοι στην οικογένεια ότι το βρήκαμε! Η φιλοξενία ήταν άψογη με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και δεν υπήρξε κάτι που να μας δυσαρέστησε ή να μας έλειψε! Το σπίτι είναι πολύ προσεγμένο, πεντακάθαρο και καλόγουστο, σε πολύ όμορφη θέση για την περιοχή, εξοπλισμένο με ο,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί μια οικογένεια, και ακόμη περισσότερα, τα κρεβάτια τέλεια και πολύ βασικό για μας, μολονότι σε κεντρικό σημείο και με τα πάντα δίπλα, ωστόσο απόλυτα ήσυχο! Η οικοδέσποινα μας παρείχε αναλυτικές πληροφορίες για όλα, από την άφιξή μας ως τη διασκέδασή μας, μας διευκόλυνε στο check out και γενικά ήταν ευγενέστατη και πολύ πρόθυμη να μας ευχαριστήσει! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα!

• Victor (10/5): Feel right at home in Athens - Amazing appartment, packed with everything you need. Beds were extremely comfy, everything was new and clean in the whole place. Evgenia our host was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of tips even before we got to Athens. Parking is easy on the street as well as a private one nearby. And the Plaka area is really great, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops near by. Internet is fast, good wifi signal and smart tvs in every room.

It was perfect. - The host Evengia was so helpful from time of booking all the way through to leaving the property. Felt like we met a new friend on arrival to be handed the keys. The apartment was comfortable and beds super comfy. The little treats supplied were great. Location was excellent. The ice cream shop Django is a must visit. Everything about this apartment and host was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone. Nothing it was all perfect.

• Alper (10/5): PERFECT SPOT, SUPERHOST - The hospitality of our host and the care to prepare the house was indisputable. The house, most importantly, was incredibly clean. Also everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom was thought out. We recommend those who will stay in Athens with peace of mind. Evgenia, she is literally a SUPERHOST. Moreover, The location of our apartment was also perfect. It was very close to the Plaka and the Acropolis, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping areas. She also helped us a lot by recommending the best places to eat and drink, such as breakfast places, dinner restaurants around the apartment where we stayed. Nothing to critisize.

• Patrizia (10/5): A due passi dall’acropoli - L’appartamento era vicinissimo al museo dell’acropoli, in una zona con molti ristoranti. Dotato di due camere e soggiorno con un divano grandissimo. La cucina era molto funzionale. La proprietaria abita proprio accanto ed è stata disponibilissima. Ci ha dato mille suggerimenti e ha tenuto i bagagli nel suo appartamentino dopo il check out. La casa ha superato le nostre aspettative, pulita, luminosa, silenziosa e arredata con cura. Si vede l’impronta personale dei proprietari. Evgenia è stata una padrona di casa molto gentile, disponibile e precisa. Ci è dispiaciuto molto non poter rimanere più a lungo! Consigliatissimo!

• Georgios (10/5): FABULOUS! 10/10 stay. - We had a wonderful two-night stay in this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Athens, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we booked, communication with Evgenia was seamless. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire process. Upon arrival, she personally greeted us and even assisted with our luggage—such a thoughtful touch after a day of travel. The apartment itself was perfect: recently renovated, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. With three separate air conditioners, we stayed cool and comfortable even during the sweltering 40-degree Athens heat. The fridge was generously stocked with juices and water, and there were plenty of snacks available, which made us feel right at home. Evgenia also provided us with a fantastic list of local dining recommendations in the Koukaki neighborhood, which is such a charming and vibrant area. Every place she suggested was a hit! On our departure day, she kindly stored our luggage until our flight—just one of the many ways she went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and stress-free. We can’t recommend Evgenia and this apartment highly enough. If you’re visiting Athens and want comfort, hospitality, and a perfect base in the lovely suburb of Koukaki, this is it. An easy 10/10!

• Del (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a perfect location—just a short walk to Plaka and the Acropolis and great restaurant - I loved how close the property was to Plaka and great restaurants and shops, it made everything so convenient. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It really felt like a home away from home.
• Northerncalifornians (10/5): I would love to pick this apartment up and take it with us everywhere we travel. - The owner Evgenia was an outstanding and gracious hostess! She made us feel instantly welcome, having come down to the street to meet us and help us with our luggage. Evgenia lives next door and let us know we could call upon her at any time. She noticed that my husband was having trouble sitting down on the low couch: she immediately brought in an upholstered armchair with a higher seat. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Arcropolis Museum and a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis entrance. The apartment was recently completely renovated. All kitchen cabinetry and appliances are new. Evgenia provided a great list of neighborhood restaurants (Svoura!), cafes and bakeries (Takis!) The refrigerator was stocked with plenty of water and an assortment of juices and soft drinks and a complimentary bottle of wine. There was a basket of packaged snacks. The living room and twin room are very bright due to large windows. Metal shades can be lowered at night to block sound and light. The bathroom is tiny but lovely and includes a washing machine. The shower is large enough to be comfortable and provided plenty of hot water from solar. We didn't need to switch on the electric water heater. Every room has hooks so you can hang your hat, coat, scarf, purse, etc. Every room has lots of storage space. The queen bed was comfortable. (We didn't try the twin beds.) The living room and twin bedroom had access to a large balcony, while the queen bedroom and kitchen share a tiny interior balcony.
• Dale (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts Evgenia and Viktor were exceptional going above and beyond. The accommodation was very comfortable, well located and clean. Basics such as dishwasher tablets, washing powder, bathroom amenities were supplied as well as basic kitchen requirements and snacks. Pre stay information was excellent with many useful suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again.

• Ilona (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect apt.: Perfectly equiped, perfect layout, great balcony big enough to relax, lovely furniture, kitchen with everything and everything you need to wash clothes, dishes, etc as well as toiletries. Evgenia had stocked water and drinks in the kitchen where we also founn a generous asortment of bisquits. Evgenia was also extremely helpful; booking taxis and supporting us with advise and suggestions.
• John (10/5): Exceptional - Everything from the moment of booking! Evgenia is without doubt the best host we have come across and she does everything with a smile. The communication, the advice, places to eat, etc it was all very much appreciated and I can confirm all her suggestions were spot on. The pictures on the site do not do the apartment justice, the place was spotless, a lot bigger than we thought, it had everything you could possibly need, with additional touches such as the water, wine, coffee pods, beer, biscuits...all a wonderful surprise. Evgenia just wants her guests to be happy and I can confirm, we were more than happy...it was simply perfect. I would defintely advise people to stay here. It's close to the Acropolis and it's musuem with the Plaka only a bit further. It's just off the 'tourist streets' so the resturants/taverna's in the vicinity offer better value and are more aurhentic. There is also a bakery a short distance away and you have Kouk Art underneath the apartment where we went for breakfast. Like I said, it had everything we wanted. Thank you Evgenia, you've created a wonderful apartment and we won't forget our trip to Athens and you helped make it special. John & Jo 🥰 That we couldn't stay longer! 😊

• Olga (10/5): A centrally located, perfectly renovated apartment with everything you need - We had an amazing stay. The apartment is perfect. It’s very clean and has everything you need. It’s completely new and renovated with beautiful design. Very centrally located close to most major sights. It is great to have airconditioning everywhere inside, but also really nice to be able to sit on the balcony outside. The shower and beds were very comfortable. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. Nothing, everything was perfect :)
