- Michael (10/5): Súper Bonito - This little apartment is warm, welcoming, cozy and comfortable. It’s beautifully furnished and decorated, and is very well equipped with more kitchen gadgets than we have at home! A lot of storage is packed into a small but very efficient space. Even though it’s quite close to a major avenue, we heard no traffic noise from inside. The upstairs bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed (and a small loft bed, though we didn’t try it). The terrace, off the bedroom is huge with 180° or more vistas. The building is very modern and after an initial learning curve for the keyless locks, we loved the convenience of not having to worry about keys. The concierge, Don Gonzalito, was very kind and helpful. The elevator was a huge plus for our older dog who sometimes has difficulty with stairs. The location is perfect for us, close to many of our favorite restaurants and the veterinarian that we take our dogs and cat to. There is plenty of green space within a few meters of the building, which made our dogs (and us) very happy. Some simple furnishings up on the terrace, maybe with an umbrella for rain/sun, would make a very pleasant outdoor seating area.

- Carlos (10/5): Navidad en Cuenca - La ubicación ventajosa y próxima al centro histórico, hay varias tiendas cercanas, un espacio acogedor y cómodo. Cuenta con todas las cosas necesarias para una estadía placentera, la terraza privada es muy linda. Mi familia quedó fascinada. Nada

- Elba (8/5): Excelente Departamento y Ubicación para viajeros que no tienen vehiculo - La ubicación del departamento es excelente, la limpieza muy buena, la distribución como la comodidad del departamento esta perfecta. La conectividad de internet para alguien que desea trabajar es perfecto. El anfitrión da especificaciones de llegada como la explicación de ubicación y servicios que tiene el lugar. No recomiendo a personas que tengan vehículo el lugar, porque las opciones de sugerencias de estacionar no funcionaron. Primero el dejar en un parqueo abierto en lugar comercial, donde el guardia solo esta a partir de 19pm a 07:00a.m. ahí queda el vehículo sin vigilancia, el señor pone su precio dependiendo si hay un vehículo o varios, en nuestro caso iba hacer el único solo y quería un cobro elevado $8. Luego el ponernos a buscar un parqueo privado en la noche fue una tarea imposible todo cerrado. Nos quedo la sugerencia de dejarlo en la calle frente al departamento, por parte del anfitrión del hospedaje, donde al día siguiente el guardia nos informa que no es seguro parquear en la calle porque habido robos a vehículos. Eso nos causo mucha preocupación y tuvimos que buscar un parqueo a 15 minutos en taxi. Entonces mi sugerencia es dar una opción cerca y segura, o mencionar la renta del departamento no es apto para personas con vehículo, mas que nada por la inseguridad del pais que cambia cada momento.
