• Barbara (10/5): I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. - The property is in a good location near the train station but in a quiet neighborhood with a bakery and places to eat nearby. We were welcomed by a wonderful host, Erica who is very nice and easy to communicate with. The place is clean and beds were comfortable. There’s a small balcony with a view of the canal. What I like best is the complete amenities they provided and even gave free bottle of Prosecco and sparkling water. Even their washing machine have a dryer function and even provided washing machine soaps. We could not have asked for more. None

Lovely welcome and shown around the apartment. Good size. Quirky shaped apartment. A little balcony with canal view. Could have had more pillows on the beds.
• Connie (10/5): Beautiful stay in Venice! - We loved the location, very close to the train station. Easy access to Vaporetto as well. Many great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet , less busy area which we liked. Appartment was clean, spacious and nicely air conditioned. We were given a tour when we arrived, and water and a bottle of Prosecco were given to us from our lovely hosts! Would absolutely recommend to stay here! No complaints! Just small suggestions like a toaster and iron for future guests.
• Clara (10/5): Excedió mis expectativas - Es muy amplio, cómodo, todo está en excelente estado y muy limpio. Esta muy bien ubicado a solo 7 minutos tanto si llegas en bus como en tren. Y puedes ir a la gran mayoría de sitios caminando. Tiene una pastelería buenísima a solo a unos pasos y también está cerca de todo!!! Es la mejor elección que hemos podido hacer.sus anfitriones son muy amables, estuvieron atentos y respondían muy rápido unas pocas preguntas. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y tiene lavadora / secadora lo cual es muy conveniente. Ademas nos dejaron una botella de proseco en bienvenida. Se preocupan porque sus huéspedes estemos muy bien. Súper recomendado!!!! Nada. Todo perfecto!

• Bree (10/5): This is a true Venice Stay we will miss you and thanks Francesco - The Apartment was well located beautiful, clean, new with all the love to enjoy Venice. The special feature was the balcony that looked over the Canal! Francesco was a beautiful host who explained everything needed to know about the apartment and the stay! He welcomed us into his apartment with a bottle of wine that was absolute delicious and a great start to our short stay in Venice.

• Steven (10/5): Exceptional apartment - The apartment was exceptional. It was in excellent condition with modern appliances and design. It was very spacious with plenty of room. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. The only possible negative is the distance to the main attractions. That being said, we prefer not to be in the middle of the chaos of venice we didn't mind walking an extra 5 minutes for some.peace and serenity.

Close to good restaurants and grocery store. Can walk to all the sights in Venice. Everything 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay again.
