• Ngaire (10/5): We had a wonderful stay. - It was clean, three big bedrooms , a good size kitchen and a separate living area upstairs. It had an enclosed dog friendly backyard with outdoor seating and table. It was just off the beach.
• Luke (10/5): A lovely well kept property right next to the beach. - Lovely house. Great location. Walk to the beach. Dog friendly. We had a great stay in this well appointed home with a well equiped kitchen and great back yard with a nice outdoor shower to clean off all the sand. It was so easy to walk our dogs straight down to Nelsons beach for early morning and evening off leash time. We have visited Vincentia many times and this has been the best place we have rented to date. Nothing bad to say here. Great place.
• Elspeth (10/5): Exceptional - Great location! Just around the corner from a lovely beach, perfect for little kids, and a playground. Quick drive up the road to the supermarket. Clean, new kitchen with all the amenities meant it was easy to whip up plenty of food. I loved the comfy couch on the front porch to sit and watch the kids play cricket on the nice grassy lawn, and especially appreciated the backyard outdoor shower with hot water

• Gray (9/5): Fantastic location, beautiful home, and a dog friendly beach as close as you’d like! - Great location, great renovation (felt like we were the first ones there!), lots of activities available for free (garage had a few great surprises!), close to a dog friendly beach and night sky was fantastic Better sound proofing for the main bedroom, although thats hardly something to be worried about!
• Donna (10/5): Loved it, would recommend to friends. - House provided just about anything you would want or need - just like being at home No TV downstairs, and probably could have provided some condiments and oil for BBQ. Salt shaker was completely empty and there was no cooking salt.

It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach and we used the bbq as well as the board games provided!! Everything you could need was all provided in the kitchen and bathrooms, we couldn’t have asked for more! There was even a pack of Jervis Bay pale ales in the fridge when we arrived! 10/10, perfect stay! 🏖️
