- Anna (10/5): Lovely, clean, enjoyable and great views it was a pleasant surprise for my Morher’s 80th Birthday spent with her 4 daugh - Clean and lovely family enjoyed our stay Having to wait for shop to open so we could drop off key, store person was ten minutes late did not open till 10.10am.
Suggest check out time change to 10.30am that way shop will be sure to be opened to drop off keys

- Louise (7/5): Overall still good experience. Just a shame some cleanliness details are missed. - The property was well located with shops and restaurants nearby. The property is well presented however cleaners may have missed cleaning air vents (there'a a visible build up of dust), corners etc. we were sneezing pretty much shortly everytime aircon is turned on; luckily it wasnt too hot so we worked around it by just shutting it.
The were roaches in the dishwasher so I hand washed the dishes to either re-use them or to leave it clean for next guest.

I still have not received the deposit back and they keep saying they will “check with accountant” It has been almost 3 weeks since the booking

- Raj (2/5): Very poor - It was really really hard to arrange the keys , room number was 5316… they told me to grab keys from some supermarket 61-67 power street and then told me to pay bond $300 which is still not refunded . It’s been a nearly week .. really disappointing experience . Will never visit again

- Emily (10/5): Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay somewhere beautiful and convenient. Was so close to all shops, bars, restaur - The views were amazing. Every room in the apartment had the best view, and every room was so clean! The aircon wasn’t the best, so sleeping at night was a little uncomfortable. However, i did unfortunately book on one of the hottest weekends in melbourne

- Tim (4/5): The Management company made the stay Traumatic.Appartment needs some more attention and comforts. - felt safe and convenient location. The foton bed was wobbly, no linen or towels for the third person, not having enough mugs for three (had to use a milk jug) and uncomfortable seating.
Booking.com said a bond payment would be necessary via PayPal. The appartment managing company wanted a photo of the front and back of my credit card or PayID ( which I then had to set up, two hours later ready to check in but!!!)
Dealing with the appartments managing company. was extremely disappointing, difficult, bizarre, and extremely upsetting. (they acted like everything was normal, I was the one with problem) no one to deal with in person at the appartments, only via sms to rectify issues.
Had to get the key for the room from a key safe, left with bikes on the street two blocks away,
I was thinking it was a scam at this stage. (the concierge had never heard of such a thing) I’m deleting my booking.com account now, I will not book through with them again. It was such a traumatic experience.

- Thamsanqa (1/5): horrible and would not recommend - it was clean the customer service was a dismal, not very helpful, dodgy location of lockbox. spent 2 hours telling them that the key was not where it should be. there was no sense of urgency. toilet lacked sufficient toilet paper. central heating was not working. not accommodating. pictures and features were misleading.
