• RURIKO (6/5): 基本的には良かったし、今後使うことも十分にあります。 - 部屋が清潔。女性のみで安心。 コインランドリーが綺麗で便利。渋谷の一等地に広い浴室があるのは良い。夜中も気にせず使える。 少人数制のホテルのため、基本煩さは気にならなかった。 チェックインする際に、16時きっかりでなければ受付窓口が開かないので、初めての時は迷う(窓口に分かりやすく記載して欲しい)。 部屋の入口に(防災……)と書いてあったため、最初は倉庫かと思い、ウロウロ。 お風呂に鍵付きのロッカーがあるけど、使えない。貴重品などは、部屋の鍵付きロッカーに入れた方が良い。結局、空いてたから脱衣所入り口にあるカゴの中にいれてお風呂に入りました。階段にG対策の黒いキャップの物が沢山あった……😱

• Kristin (3/5): - Convenient location Door to the 4th floor where my sleeping area was did not lock, most expensive stay but it was run down and not inviting or comfortable. Stairs between floors were gross, dirty and served as a smoking area. Inconvenient check-in process and staff not friendly.

• Katie (8/5): Close to amenities and budget friendly - Great. Close to shibuya main area, was quiet and felt safe. I would stay again if visiting Tokyo No lift which I understand but was a struggle with large heavy suitcases. Baggage drop was also difficult and stressful before check in as it states to ring which no one answered after 20 minutes of trying. We were unable to ring the number provided due to having e sims with no number and luckily someone left the building so we were able to store our luggage without staff. was a very stressful start to the day. Also lovely onsen but it has seen better days and needs a refurbishment as the ceiling and sides are full of damp and mould. Unsure as to whether the other bath tub was for decoration or use. The temperature control on the onsen is all wrong too as one night it was scolding hot so I couldn’t use.

It’s very close to shibuya and other places without being close to the city noise and whatnot . The property has no elevator , the stairs , pods were not clean up to standard and the place was not well lit . Also , you have to use a card to get into the bath and your room , and the building so it’s a bit more complicated to maneuver within the building if you don’t carry your card everywhere . Love that for safety but it’s a bit much once in the building , double edged sword there . The bath equipment wasn’t clean , the temp of the bath varied A LOT . The “ kitchen area “ was subpar as well . I had to ask for a new pillow bc mine had so many stains . I wish I took more photos .

• Christi (9/5): - Really fun experience! I had access to two lockers, one didn't work and then the other one got stuck and I had to come back for my jacket later which took me about an hour and a couple phone calls. It was inconvenient but it wasn't the worst.

• Gaioso (6/5): Ok - This being one of the few hotels exclusive for women and with private “onsen” inspired bath The place has a lot of potential but it looks “forgotten” in a way or maybe they’re understaffed. Bathrooms and capsule rooms were clean, can’t complain about that, but the common areas specially the stairs should get some attention. Also building has no elevator so if you’re not cool with stairs or carrying heavy luggage keep that in mind. Worst part was the person that checked me in/out. I can’t tell if she just lives there and ends up working for them or if she is really part of the staff (I didn’t see anybody else working there) but she was very rude to me and to another guest. Not welcoming at all for no reason. In my whole 8 days in Japan I haven’t experienced attitude from literally nobody, but there she was… she’s not japanese btw. I would stay there again for the value for money but only if I knew that lady isn’t working there anymore. She acts like she hates her job and is doing you a favor. Zero desire to deal with that on a trip just to save a few bucks. 9 hours and Akihabara Bay can be better options just in case.

It was kinda uncomfortable to go to the shower, because our capsules were on the fourth floor and the shower was on the second floor. My sister’s jacket was stolen :(
• シノブ (5/5): Good location but needed some attention - Good location, walking distance to Shibuya, Nakameguro, Daikanyama In the tatami communal area, I noticed a stain that transferred onto my clothing when I knelt down to pack my luggage. It would be appreciated if this area could be cleaned more thoroughly. Additionally, in the communal area, the water server was empty during my visit, and there was no sugar or milk available, which had previously been provided. Also, the paper towels in my room were empty. I hope these matters can be addressed for future guests and improved by the time of my next visit.

• Susanna (5/5): Better options out there. - Good location Extremely stuffy and the fan did not work in my pod. Beds are also very hard and thin. There’s also only elevators so it’s not accessible. Needed help carrying my bag up. The shower is also not private FYI. Glad I only stayed a night. Wouldn’t stay again, unfortunately.

• Cara (6/5): Great hostel! - The onsen was so nice to have. Clear instructions about how to get in. Bedding etc was nice. Wishing the hotel would hold luggage after 10 for travelers/storage lockers were bigger. Also the bathroom/changing area didn’t have plugs for use.

• Niamh (5/5): Awful mattress and pillows. I’ve a very sore back after staying here - Great location. Mattress is awful. May as well have been sleeping on the hard floor. My back is broken after staying there. I asked for an extra mattress to go on top (they’re sooo thin and light) and was told no. I asked for extra pillows and I was told no. I had to sleep with a jumper under my thin pillow too and fluff it up in the middle of the night. Very uncomfortable sleeps- particularly when you need to be well rested to explore Tokyo.
• Takaha (7/5): - 大浴場が良かった。 部屋も清潔だったし女性だけなのも安心感あり。 メールの問い合わせにもきちんと早急に対応してくださった。近くに24時間のマルエツがあって嬉しい。 そもそもカプセルホテルが初めてで、もちろんロッカーがあるし、問題ないけど、小物はいちいち入れないのベッドには盗られてもいいやと思うものだけ置いて出かけること。あと洗面台で鉢合わせたりするのが気まずい。でもそれは形態の問題。その辺りきちんと預けたり気まずさがない人には良いと思う。 また、4階のドアの施錠が壊れていた。それは一階に入る時に鍵が必要だから問題ないんだけど、逆に鍵が丸出しになってるから、酔って帰ってきて、うっかり内側から鍵をされたら他の人が入れない。そして入れなかった時の連絡先が内側のドアにしかなかったと思うので、内側の鍵をかけられなくする工夫もあるといいと思いました。

• Catriona (9/5): So Good I Rebooked :) - This is a great hostel, especially for a solo female as the whole place is women only which was great I felt very safe there. The rooms themselves are spacious, the capsules are big, super comfy (though perhaps not for everyone as they are quite hard) and have good amenities. The common area is quiet and comfy, the dressing room is beautiful, and having access to an onsen is amazing. Everything was very clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed my stay here. Great location only 10 mins from Shibuya station in a quieter spot. The stairs are a little bit dirty when you are going up and down, but that’s all I can think of.

• Hoang Thao Uyen (10/5): Great stay with thoughtful amenities and privacy - I really enjoyed my stay at NADESHIKO HOTEL TOKYO Shibuya (female-only) and would happily stay here again. The location is excellent — very convenient and easy to get around Shibuya and other parts of Tokyo. The hostel itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, especially for female travellers. One of my favourite features was the capsule setup. Unlike typical capsule hotels, each bed has a roller door, which gives you a much greater sense of privacy and security. It made the stay feel more comfortable and personal. The amenities are also fantastic. I especially loved the hot bath in the common shower area — such a nice way to relax after a long day out exploring the city. The bed itself was comfortable, and overall the space felt cosy and well put together. The only downside for me was the projector inside the capsule. While it’s a cool idea, the quality is quite poor, so I didn’t end up using it. That said, I wasn’t expecting a projector in the first place, so it didn’t affect my stay much. Overall, this is a great option for solo female travellers looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Tokyo. The projector quality.

• Bethany (4/5): Good location but wouldn’t stay here again. - Good location and curtains on the bunks. The stairwell leading up to the rooms is very dirty and rundown. The communal showers were downstairs, they had no doors meaning you had to shower in a bikini for some privacy. They also closed the showers at 10am for cleaning and didn’t reopen them until the evening time, not ideal if you wanted a slow morning. Bedroom door lock looked broken and didn’t work. It also smelt like cheesy feet.

• Kira Yu ju (5/5): Love the location but not everything else - It is really near to Shibuya where you have everything!! 1. There are 0 staffs until 4pm check in, meaning to say if you arrive early or want to leave your luggage and retrieve it later, you are in trouble. 2. There are no elevator, just stairs. 3. There are no single shower cubicles, the only shower cubicles are the open ones in the Onsen, so don’t expect any privacy. 4. All showers are closed from 10am-4pm. 5.The staffs seem to be in a bad mood/ have a bad attitude, just overall my least favourite stay in Japan.

• LENA (3/5): Please avoid - The onsen Awful hotel considering the amount paid. The reception is a kiosk outside, and check-in is only from 4 pm. Even if you email them to ask whether you can leave your bag before there wasn't any response. I was allocated a capsule on the 4th floor, and the stairwell is dirty and cold. If you are based on the 4th floor, you have to go down the cold stairwell to the 2nd floor to have a shower. There is no lift. The room where the capsule looks dirt, as do the toilets. The whole place is awful. I'm not sure why it's got a 7 good rating. Please avoid at all costs. I tried to see if I could get a refund, but unfortunately, not. It's not a great start to Tokyo. There isn't one good thing about this hotel.
