Nice view of the river and new years fireworks - Very spacious and good facilities The bathroom shower booth is not on a slope with the drain and the door does not contain the water inside so water leak for short or long showers

Also, the shower in the ensuite had water running under the shower door into the bathroom that didn't have a drain, had to use all the towels to soak up the water. Other than that we had no issues with the apartment, we had a lovely stay
• Brandon (8/5): Loved the place. It just needs a better clean. - The room was great, as well as the location. Main bed room window is broken so it won't open. There was used underwear left in the room when I arrived. The air con was full of dust that made my hayfever go off.

Could do with a few i - Position and location great Only had a 2 seater couch with 4 people. So others had to sit on floor or use kitchen chairs to sit and relax while resting or watching tv. Not ideal or comfortable when you’ve had a big day on your feet. Some of the cups,utensils and plates dirty.

• Karen (4/5): Okay - Location good All the rules of $$ ! Hard to find key location. One chair to sit and watch tv . No coffee/ tea supplies. No hairdryers. Needed some maintenance , yet we were given a list of what we would be charged for a bond if anything happened to the unit . Could not get live TV .
• Lauren (8/5): Fun family long weekend. - The location was very central to all our needs. Room was quiet and private. I would NOT recommend car parking at this facility. We found the car park situation extremely confusing and very stressful to navigate. Very little help and assistance when at the destination.
• Tony (8/5): A nice comfortable stay with a few starting hiccups. - Being on the 30th floor it was relatively quiet, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm. My son found the pool that was in the complex and had a great swim. The city view was pretty good at night time too. The instruction video to get into the parking garage is outdated and directs you to the wrong entry point which is now the delivery dock (and has been for over a year) and the parking tag doesn’t work on that door. You now need to enter via merriman lane which is over the other side of the complex. You also need to clarify which tower you are in.

• Catherine (6/5): Pleasant - Location, facilities Using the QR code to check in to collect the keys, couldn't get into Keypal facility across the road then could not collect the keys. Person on phone was unhelpful and sometimes did not answer the phone. Was eventually given a new QR code but the keys I received did not access the accommodation. After 1.5 hours waiting around on a cold Melbourne street with my 80 year old Mother, keys were delivered. Do not recommend this process. Will make sure I book direct with a reputable hotel next time with a Reception. Great facilities when check in facilities work other than that do not recommend👎

• Kylie (10/5): Amazing views in a lux family apartment - Car park included, beautiful views from balcony large windows well lit unit fitted our family of four comfortably. Beds comfy and 2 bathrooms amazing Close to shops and public transport Plenty of shower products, toilet paper and cleaning products available making it a welcoming home away from home. Pool, sauna and gym was an Amazing bonus🤩 Lovely hidden little garden and lounge areas as well. Tips…..if your car park access ticket doesn’t work on little Lonsdale st use Merriman lane access worked every time. And don’t forget to see concierge/reception for induction to use short stay facilities otherwise your fob won’t get you into pool :) also main ensuite shower will leak and flood bathroom but we just rolled up mat to use inside shower door (see picture) and this did the job. Enjoy 😊 Some small problems getting into car park and dropping key off on exiting, but Serain operators available to message and help at all times. So loved everything, will definitely be back

• Aimee (5/5): Location was great for what we wanted, better instructions to locate the property and a clean would have made the start - Location to shops, transport and Marvel Stadium Locating this property was very difficult, especially when we flew into Melbourne late after our flight was delayed. Even asking locals for assistance in finding where the property was, they too found it challenging. Having to then locate and the walk further to collect key from a lock box, then having to do the same upon checkout. While the property itself was nice, the cleanliness of the property was not. The bathrooms had the previous people’s toiletries left and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was lacking. The balcony was particularly filthy.

Will not provide a tax invoice for weeks after the stay, which is illegal. Tax invoice must be provided after any purchase in Australia. Expects carpark pass to left at drop box in shop that doesn’t open on weekends until after 1130am, when check out is 10am…
• Tett (8/5): Central appartment 3012 - Location excelent with Coles across the road and trains and trams right there. Modern apartment with great views. Master bedroom shower drainage out the shower door. Poor build quality, equalled wet bathmat and clothes shower one, and a soaked strategically placed bathmat every other shower.
• Lauren (7/5): Wonderful location, amazing facilities and great view! - We loved the location and the facilities within the building. The pool is lovely, as are some of the outdoor areas. The property itself was appointed well enough for our needs and the view from the balcony is fantastic! The addition of a car park was very helpful. We found the bathroom sink drains a little bit dirty and the ensuite shower floods out of the cubicle so we had to shorten our showers as we were concerned it would flood onto the carpet. Additions that we would’ve appreciated were a full length mirror, another arm chair or two seater (we had a group of 4 but only 2 places to sit in the lounge area) and a small coffee machine of sorts. But that’s being picky, we were overall very happy.

I had to call several times to have the links resent. This was sent only after we arrived. Incorrect parking bay was allocated . I was told to use public pay parking, despite me paying for the parking bay.The reception helped with access to another parking. Apartment is not fully stocked with dishes. We bought paper cups and plates to use. No key card was given to enter or leave he parking. Instead a white paper ticket was provided that has a faded out bar code. Created complications to enter the building. Arrogant property manager to address these issues as he indicated it not his problem.
