• L&M Abdichtungs GmbH (1/5): - Leider war keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich.Telefonisch nie erreichbar. Auf Emails wurde auch so gut wie nie geantwortet. Kommunikation = 0. Eine Kaution von 300,00 € wurde ebenfalls gefordert.
• NBeatrice (1/5): - Gazda este nepoliticos. După ce am făcut rezervarea a cerut un depozit de daune de 500 euro . După ce am sunat la booking ei ne-au spus că poate cere maxim 300. Am vrut să achitam depozitul dar nu am putut pentru că gazda nu accepta plata cu PayPal și nici cash. Am cerut să anuleze in acest caz rezervarea și ne-a spus că e imposibil. Așadar am rămas cu rezervarea achitată și am pierdut aceasta sumă căutăm cazare in alt loc.

Suite a cet incident booking nous as trouver une autre location. Michel

Nimmt 300 Euro Kaution für seine Frechheiten. Er hat uns 5 Stunden bei eisiger Kälte draußen stehen lassen, weil der Zugangscode nicht korrekt war und es keine Antworten auf Fragen gab. Dieser Anbieter ist nicht tragbar

Od momentu zapłacenia kaucji praktycznie nie ma kontakt z właścicielem. Nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu kaucji i nie otrzymaliśmy rachunku za pobyt. ogólnie jakieś oszustwo.

• Guest (2/5): Auf keinen Fall buchen! - Relativ moderne Einrichtung zumindest im Wohn-/Essbereich. Die Unterkunft war leider in keinem sauberen Zustand. In mehreren Bereichen der Wohnung waren deutliche Verschmutzungen zu sehen. Das Bett war sehr hart und unbequem. Im Badezimmer war die Dusche undicht, sodass das Wasser beim Duschen auslief. In der Spülmaschine befanden sich noch Essensreste vom vorherigen Aufenthalt. Die Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet, kochen wäre hier fast ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Im Kühlschrank stand zentimeterhoch das Wasser in der Gemüseschublade. Die Kaution von 300 € wurde uns vom Vermieter nicht zurücküberwiesen – erst nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Booking haben wir das Geld über Booking selbst zurückerhalten, jedoch nicht vom Vermieter. Der Vermieter war zudem nur auf Englisch erreichbar, sprach kein Deutsch und hat trotz Zusage nicht zurückgerufen. Außerdem fehlte der versprochene Tiefgaragenöffner, weshalb wir gezwungen waren, für einen Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft zusätzlich zu bezahlen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend – wir können die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
