• Kerry (8/5): Clean and comfortable for a short stay. - Very comfortable, compact apartment. Only a short walk from Termini station. Felt completely safe in this area during the day, didn't venture out much at night. We did walk to the main sites like the Trevi fountain and the Colosseum, but the Metro was very handy for the Vatican. Very clean and only the occasional noise from others in the block . Enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The shower was rather temperamental and we couldn't get very hot water, disappointing after a tiring day. No outside view from any window, only the back of the other apartments, but fine for a short stay. No storage in the second bedroom.
• Wendy (8/5): Good for a couple of nights, but not any longer. - Property was spacious, clean and 10 mins from Termini. Lounge was very comfortable and space to relax. Bedrooms comfortable and lots of storage. Good communication from host and very responsive to messages. Good WiFi, washing machine if needed and large fridge. Very close to metro station for Colosseum and Vatican. Great supermarket 2 mins away. The property is at the rear of the building almost like an addition to the main building. You are in the courtyard with no view except an unkempt yard from the restaurant and if you open the windows, the smells quickly fill the apartment. The balcony was tiny and you wouldn’t want to have sat out in it due to strong food smells and equipment stored on it.
• Ivan (10/5): - Stan je savršen. Na 7 minuta hoda od Termini stanice. Čisto, prostrano, toplo. Ima bukvalno sve sadržaje. Veoma dobro povezano sa centrom. Metro stanica na 2 minuta, stanica autobusa ispred zgrade. Za one koji vole da šetaju, mogu i tako do centra. Lep kraj. 2 velika marketa u blizini. Domaćini veoma predusretljivi i odgovaraju veoma brzo.

• Marzena (10/5): - Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielami, dobra lokalizacja, blisko sklepy spożywcze, w każdym pokoju klimatyzacja, czysto, pełne wyposażenie. Mogliśmy przyjść wcześniej i zostawić bagaże oraz w dniu wyjazdu zostawić bagaże na dłużej.

• Daniel (8/5): Dobry nocleg przy dworcu Termini - Lokalizacja blisko dworca Termini i stacji metra lini B. Z małymi dziećmi do głównych atrakcji na piechotę za daleko (30-40min pieszo), więc korzystaliśmy z metra. Mieszkanie w starej zadbanej kamienicy zlokalizowane na 1 piętrze bez windy. W okresie zimowym elektryczne grzejniki, które dobrze ogrzały mieszkanie. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, choć jedna rolka papieru toaletowego na 7 dni na 4 osobową rodzinne to trochę mało.

• José (9/5): - Excelente acolhimento, com check in presencial e todas as explicações necessárias. O apartamento está muito bem localizado e muito perto de Roma Termini que dá acesso a todo lado e tem todo o tipo de lojas e locais para comer, A estação de metro de Castro Pretorio fica ao dobrar da esquina e há dois supermercados muito perto do apartamento, bem como, vários restaurantes. Para quem gosta de caminhar até dá para ir a pé ao Coliseu e à zona central de Trevi e Spagna. Bom funcionamento do aquecimento e do ar condicionado, embora o wc seja um pouco frio por não ter o aquecimento/toalheiro a funcionar. Havia gel de banho e papel higiénico e até produtos de limpeza e detergente para a máquina de lavar. A cozinha, algo pequena (mas suficiente para 2 ou 3 pessoas), está bem equipada e com ingredientes vários para cozinhar. Havia capsulas de café para dois dias. Faltava a torradeira mas logo que pedimos trouxeram uma para o nosso pequeno almoço. A assistência ao cliente é cinco estrelas e permanente. Pouco ou nada, Mas as almofadas podiam ser mais confortáveis.., A limpeza em geral é boa, mas é preciso mais atenção aos pontos mais escondidos (por exemplo de baixo da cama do quarto e nos cantos menos acessíveis). A insonorização não é das melhores, mas não tivémos problemas de maior porque a zona e o prédio são tranquilos.

La atención del equipo excelente, contestan rápido y resuelven cualquier inconveniente. El espacio es cómodo, se descansa bien y tiene un equipamiento adecuado. La limpieza, algunos elementos de cocina se encontraban sucios.
• Matteo (9/5): Se viaggi in treno (anche con famiglia), questa struttura è l'ideale! - Struttura nelle vicinanze della stazione di Roma Termini e della metro B Castro Pretorio. Appartamento piccolino ma accogliente, i ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura ci hanno fatto trovare la casa riscaldata. Sempre pronti e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Consigliato! La pressione dell'acqua in bagno era ridotta: aprendo più rubinetti, la pressione calava abbastanza. Poco male, basta saperlo ed evitare di aprire gli altri rubinetti durante la doccia.

Gianmarco ha risposto telefonicamente alla nostra prenotazione, mentre Nazzareno ci ha accolti di persona e ci ha illustrato l'uso del loft, che ho apprezzato tanto. È stato possibile effettuare il deposito bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out. Complimenti al servizio delle pulizie. Ottima la posizione ( vicino alla stazione Termini, vicinissima alla metro Castro Pretorio). Silenzioso. Dispone di tutto. Letto comodo.

They were waiting for us right in front of the building at the exact time we agreed on, and even arranged an early check-in since our train arrived ahead of schedule. I can’t say enough good things about how kind and helpful Iulia was — she made everything so easy! The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better — just a 2-minute walk from the metro station. Highly recommended!

• MARIA VICTORIA (8/5): Recomendable ! - El departamento está bien ubicado, cerca de una estación de metro y de la estación Termini, hay supermercado y restaurantes cerca. El departamento en general y la .cocina estaba muy bien equipada . El departamento es un poco pequeño pero como estas casi todo el.tiempo recorriendo no representa un gran problema, salvo.que busques algo más espacioso. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, atentos a nuestra llegada y partida y facilitaron en todo aquello.que pudieron nuestra estadía

The location is perfect — just a short walk from Termini Station, which made it super easy to get around the city and to the airport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed: air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and reliable Wi-Fi. The hosts were especially kind and helpful — they stayed in touch, asked about our arrival time in advance, met us personally, and gave us great tips about the city. Check-in was smooth and very well organized. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Rome, whether for a short visit or a longer stay. Highly recommended! Everything was fine, no issues at all.

Public transport (bus, metro and Rome Termini) and supermarket very close. Location safe and quiet and only 10 min taxi ride to centre of Rome. Missing ironing board and clothes hanger/dryer which I’m sure owner would have provided if we had asked, but we made do.

This we already know when we view the property on booking.com. This was important to us but we liked the fact that the host was there for us every single time. We reached Rome late (23:00) and the hosts were waiting for us to handover the key. They took their time to explain the apartment features, locations to visit and cautioned us about the notorious Roma Termini!! The WhatsApp group is super helpful to reach them and get quick help!!! Nothing and we mean it. If I were to nitpick on something, it would be the lock of the entrance to the property. It is a little hard to open (very very petty topic)

• Senturk (10/5): Dream holiday - It was a really comfortable flat with a cosy atmosphere. The moderately old apartment totally reflected the authentic atmosphere of the city itself. We felt like we were real Italians during our stay. The flat has a great location which is just 8-10 mins walk to Termini Station and a few minutes to the metro station. We used the public transportation a lot, so the location was great for us. It was really clean and the heating was great as we were travelling in a cold season. The flat had all we needed from kitchenware to washing machine which we used quite often because we were with kids. It was also a few minutes walk to the supermarket which we could find whatever we wanted. Our host Iuana was really friendly and hospitable as she gave us lots of details about the city and the important things in the flat when we first met. And she was open to conversation at any time. Gianmarco, who is another host was also helpful from the begining, even before we arrived there. He formed a WA group and we contacted about our flight and arrival details and he was also eager to answer all of our questions before we get there. On the whole, it was a dream stay for us.

• Liesbeth (9/5): Great stay! - The apartment had two separate bedrooms, which was excellent for a stay with friends. It was super easy to communicate with the hosts about check-in and check-out. The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to Termini train station and with several restaurants in the area. A separate toilet (not one that is located in the bathroom) would have made the stay even more comfortable. But apart from this, everything was just fine.

The team managing the apartment was exceptional, they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the essentials, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a laundry machine. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

• Andrey (8/5): Quiet and comfortable stay close to Termini - Located in a quiet street, 10 min walk from Termini station and close to the metro. The apartment is small but has everything for a comfortable short stay of max 4 people. Nice turntable and Apple TV :) Hosts are very friendly and ready to offer city recommendations. It looks that someone lives in the apartment permanently as we found closes/shoes etc left in the wardrobe. It was not very pleasant. Water boiler works unstable so it was tricky to get the hot water, it needs a maintenance.

Being a light sleeper, I'm easily disturbed by noise, but fortunately, this place was incredibly quiet. The accommodations matched the pictures perfectly, and everything was spotless, providing everything needed for a comfortable short stay. Hosts are amazing and very helpful. Big thanks to them. An amazing team!
• Cheryl (7/5): It’s okay in a pinch but not a long-stay - Nice small apartment. Convenient to train station. Convenient to train but a bit out of the way. Terrible views of a dirty courtyard. During this stay quite expensive for what you get. Been to Rome 40 times. Have to say it was ok but not great but not much was available due to an event in the city.
