Edwin (4/5): - Instructions to get the key should have been shared much earlier (at least a few days), instead of on the day of arrival itself. Towels were not refreshed. We were there for 7 days. The matrasses of the beds were so soft, that you felt the frame of the bed in your back. I ended up putting the matrasses on the floor, but even then you felt the hard floor.
Guy (10/5): Best value self-sustaining accommodation. - Excellent value, working and clean kitchen and fridge. Washing machine, drying line and shower with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Awesome location. Great communication via messages. for the price these are all negligible. The bed frames were uncomfortable, so I put the mattresses on the floor then it was comfortable. Sound curfew at 9pm and I wasn't sure what noise level was acceptable so out of politeness I would shower in the morning when I arrived home late. or refrain from making dinner to avoid annoying neighbour with noise. No bidet.

Ramos (5/5): Great for 2 nights, not for any longer - It was a lovely lil box apartment 15 min walk to the Shin-Koiwa station! It had enough for a short stay! The AC/Heater worked wonders for a cold few days in our stay and cooler when it started getting warm. Hot water was freely available, shower/bath/toilet was fine and kitchen facilities were perfect! When we first got there, it wasn't clean at all. Bedding was strewn all over the bedroom. Rubbish was not emptied, floor was extremely filthy. Used towels were left on the bathroom floor. Table and chairs were dirty too. I had to clean up everything, sort everything and hoover the place before I can stay... I didn't like that I had to clean the place and put the bedding on myself- even though I have mentioned many times I was to arrive at 4pm! We stayed longer than a week and the bed hurt our backs...would be great if amenities were cleaned beforehand and bed was more comfortable. Rubbish started piling up quickly especially woth the previous guests' rubbish still in the bins...had no idea how to dispose of..
