• jessica (8/5): Belle maison, propre et grande - Maison sécurisée, propre avec tout le nécessaire de toilette. Bel espace Il manque peut etre un étendoir pour que le séjour soit parfait.
• Pauline (5/5): Le lieu serait très bien … sans les voisins 😒 - Le logement est grand, très bien équipé, assez proche de l’aéroport dans un quartier sécurisé. Les hôtes sont très gentils et réactifs. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas dormi beaucoup.. le soir, il y avait beaucoup de bruit et les chiens du voisin ont beaucoup aboyé. De 4h à 6h30, les voisins ont remis beaucoup de musique.. notre nuit était finie. C’est globalement propre, mais ca mériterait un gros rafraîchissement.
• Carsten (9/5): Für ein paar Tage super - gute Einrichtung - Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Sowohl über Booking, als auch über WhatsApp. Das Reihenhaus befindet sich in einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage mit Schranke. Zum Haus gehören 2 Stellplätze. Für uns, die einen Roadtrip quer durch Yucatan gemacht haben, war die Lage perfekt. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Die Terrasse war recht klein und rundherum zugebaut, für einen längeren Zeitraum wäre mir das zu wenig gewesen.

• Hermine (9/5): Great place to stay with group - The property is located in a secure neighborhood, next to the police station and a pharmacy. The facilities are as shown in the listing. The beds were comfy, the coffee was waiting for us, everything was good. Please note it’s quite outside of the main tourist area, which means good local food, quieter streets but also a 20min drive to downtown, hotel area of the port. We had a rental and could park on the property which was perfect.

• Pascale (8/5): - Propriétaires flexibles et très accueillants. Piscine bien pratique lors de grosses chaleurs. Air conditionné. Maison un peu défraîchie à certains niveaux, comme la cuisine.
• Cynthia (8/5): Idéal pour loger avant départ pour aéroport- très propre - Facile d'accès et à 15 min seulement de l'aéroport - on se sent en sécurité avec garde à l'entrée du lotissement le logement était plus grand que décrit sur les photos - il y a deux piscines dans le lotissement et des jeux pour les enfants le lotissement est calme. L'appartement très propre. L'hote est vraiment super: proactive et réactive Bien équipé pour cuisiner un petit bémol sur la qualité des équipements : évier cassé, portes intérieures qui ne ferment pas/mal, le frigo fait beaucoup de bruit mais pour le peu de temps où nous sommes restés, cela nous suffisait grandement.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place to "land" after our flight. Nice pool. Our kids loved the shared playground too. The house is in a gated community. The 24-hour pharmacy nearby also had snacks/water/yoghurt (for breakfast) which was very handy for our jetlagged children. There was a cute local restaurant with yummy cevice a short walk diagonally across the nearby park. We took the local busses to get around. Took one down to the Cancun beaches. All in all, a great stay.
• Karolina (6/5): Pleasant - Decoration of the house, furniture, TV, kitchen The dogs of the neighbors were extremely loud at night. I mentioned it to the host, but did not get any follow up question, if we were ok. We were not, unfortunately. Could not sleep. Also, the neighbor has got a camara that is watching you all the time oin the living room. It turns on the light when one moves... A bit uncomfortable.
• Drew (10/5): Very nice condo that was comfortable, clean, safe in a good location! - Family of 5 on vacation. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice and close to restaurants so we were able to go out and walk around. Felt very safe in the complex and walking around the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Kids loved the pool and playground. Overall great stay and excellent communication with host. Water pressure in ensuite bath could be better but that’s just us being picky. Otherwise nothing major to complain about.

• Gicoprasico (9/5): Decent apartment for a family for a reasonable price. - Spacious apartment. Friendly stuff. The bonus is the swimming pool outside within the protected area. You feel safe. A good location for reaching the Airport. I would call it as close to the beach. The hotel zone is quite far away, but this was my mistake as I did not check the size of Cancun. Do not expect a luxury, but is fair and decent apartment.
