• Hein (6/5): Nice apartment but not what it promises according to the name and pictures related to the gym - Nice allocation of rooms for groups, clean and well equipped. Walkable distance to the beach and restaurants. The gym/paddle area has nothing to do with the apartment. Access is possible for 25€ per day.

• Phoebe (8/5): - Great space, perfect for 4 people. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Nice area to be in and only a short taxi to Puerto banus. There were no sun beds or chairs at the pool so we didn’t really use it
• Lauren (10/5): Modern apartment with the perfect location - Location was amazing, was a little bit of a walk to the shops however we walked there and just got a taxi back. The apartments were gorgeous and so clean. They are not located in the paddle club however you can see the paddle club from the window. The view is gorgeous and overlooks the pool. Very modern apartment. Only thing that could be improved would be some sun lingers by the pool. We lied on towels which weren’t an issue however some loungers would’ve been nice.
• Elaine (2/5): Avoid!!! - Spacious We were extremely disappointed with this apartment and ended up leaving 4 nights early to find alternative accommodation. The water was not hot enough to take a bath, one shower was leaking badly, and the other didn’t work at all. The wardrobe in the main bedroom was broken, and the general maintenance of the apartment was poor. One of the main reasons we booked was the advertised paddle club, which turned out to be completely misleading – there was no access for guests, nor was it part of the property as implied. The noise from the gym early in the morning was also very disruptive and made it difficult to relax. There were no sun loungers outside next to the pool, which made enjoying the outdoor space uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment was falsely advertised and did not meet even basic expectations for comfort or functionality. We’ve stayed in many places booked through this platform, and this was by far one of the worst. Not recommended.
• Joanna (8/5): Spacious clean bright apartment - Living room and kitchen were very spacious. Both bedrooms were good size. Once the shutters were opened the sun streamed into the back bedroom which was wonderful. Even though there were only 2 of us staying it was so handy to have the 2 bathrooms. Lovely sunny balcony for most of the day. Serviced by elevator . Kitchen had all basic cleaning items and condiments which was great. Staff responded very promptly to any queries before and during our stay particularly with regard to keys and vacating the apartment. Directly opposite Paddle Club Gym which serves nice food. Apartment is less than 5 minute walk to pedestrian overpass which gets you across main road to get down to the beaches and promenade. Area felt very safe for walking (but we chose not to walk after 23.00. Needed to pay €699 refundable deposit in order to get information regarding key provision. (1 place in details on Booking.com mentioned €499 another place mentioned €1,000!!) Took 14 days from vacating to get deposit back in our bank account. Keys need to be collected elsewhere , not far if you have transport but very stressful when not familiar with the area and in the dark. The company had very kindly agreed to meet us at the apartment with the keys but we got delayed and they couldn't. Luckily for us, our son and his wife who were staying elsewhere decided to hire a car and drove us to key collection and then dropped us to the apartment. Kitchen would benefit from a microwave (and personally I like large cups or mugs , but that might just be me!) We like walking but if one didn't one would need a car. It took us 15 mins to walk to tiled promenade with numerous restaurants , 20 minutes to walk to Puerto Banus marina (taxi one way €6) and 20 minutes to walk to San Pedro to Hogan Stand Pub, live music, Fri, Sat, Sun and Monday nights. (Taxi back €10) Also about 15 minutes walk to nearest large supermarket which is too far to walk especially with bottles of water. We wore our empty back packs on days we needed to pick up groceries on way back to apartment which worked very well in January, not sure in hot weather or for more than 2 people.

• Roisin (7/5): The room was great but unless the above issues were addressed I wouldn’t be rushing back. - The property was spacious, had great air conditioning and was situated in a quiet complex. We arrived from the airport to the complex in with 4 suitcases in 36degrees heat.and had to send 2 of the party to walk 45 minutes to collect and bring back the keys. There were no instructions in the room to direct us to the nearest grocery store, taxi service or places of interest. Again instructions would have been helpful in relation to how the oven, washing machine and outside roller blind worked. The grounds were well maintained however it was difficult to find a sun lounger that wasn’t broken. I was also perused for an unexpected 499euro security deposit before receiving the instructions of where to locate the key.
• Freya (10/5): Amazing, Thank you. - The apartment was clean and pretty, it was decorated beautifully throughout and it was overall an extremely comfortable stay, with blackout shutters and good AC. The property was perfect and the location was even better, we struggled slightly to find the location to collect keys but once found it was straightforward and close to the property.
