- Raphael (9/5): Ein wunderbar entspannende Zeit in einem ungemein sympathischen Hotel - Freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, gratis Snack und Gummibärchen, fantastisches Frühstückbuffet, welches auch für Allergiker und Gäste mit Intoleranzen perfekt ist. Es gibt kaum was, was sich bemängeln lässt... dass andere Gäste auf den Balkonen rauche, kann man kaum verbieten.

- Jürg (10/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt, wir werden wieder kommen. - Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen, das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt und die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, etwas ausserhalb dadurch aber ruhig und man ist in wenigen Minuten mit Zug oder Bus mitten in Locarno, für uns absolut perfekt.

- Cécile Danielle (9/5): Ein Bijoux: Eine kleine liebevolle, ruhige Oase unweit vom Zentrum von Locarno - Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt mit einem eigenem Charme. Sehr ruhig und zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Breites, frisches und gutes Angebot und Tessiner Spezialitäten! :-) Toll fand ich auch die vielen frischen Früchte und es hatte auch Hafermilch. Alles sehr sauber, auch der Pool, auch wenn wir ihn leider wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Trotz Hochsaison sehr ruhig. Beim Personal waren 9/10 wirklich sehr freundlich. (Die junge Brunette genervt). Super ist auch die Möglichkeit vom hoteleigenen Fahrradverleih mit nur 10 Min. Fahrt bis zum Zentrum. Parkplatz für Autos kostenlos und direkt vor der Türe, das warsehr angenehm. Am Schluss gab es sogar noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk. Ganz herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es fehlte ein Spiegel im Zimmer obwohl es genügend freie Wände für einen grossen Spiegel hätte. Es hatte keine Flasche Wasser mit Gläser auf dem Zimmer (nur Minibar) was man bei dem Preis erwarten dürfte. Die Preise finden wir insgesamt dann doch überteuert. Wie erwähnt, war die eine brunette junge Dame von der Reception mehrmals sichtlich genervt, unmotiviert und half offensichtlich ungern. Die Dienstleistungsorientierung und Hotellerie liegt ihr nicht im Blut. Schade für so ein Bijoux von einem Hotel.

- Stefan (10/5): Wunderbare, entspannte Tage im Tessin. - Ein sehr gut unterhaltenes, kleines Hotel mit grosszügigen Zimmern, Park und einen Aussenpool. Das Badezimmer ist grosszügig und sauber. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen Traumhaften Blick über den Lago Maggiore, obwohl das Hotel nicht direkt am See liegt, jedoch in der Nähe der Bahnstation Minusio, mit sehr guten Anschlüssen nach Locarno bzw. Lugano. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grosszügig und hat uns vorzüglich geschmeckt. Besten Dank an des ganze Team, wir kommen gerne wieder. nichts !

Lüftung bläst auch auf „Low“ noch ziemlich stark.

- Ellen (7/5): Jammer van de wifi maar ok - Prima hotel. Alles keurig. Wat ons betreft Zijn er twee nadelen: 1.douchen in bad. Korte glasplaat op de rand van het bad waardoor de douche vloer kletsnat wordt. Douchekop is niet op stahoogte dus gebukt eronder.Geen antislip mat erin dus balanceren maar 2. Veel erger en slordiger wat ons betreft. Hele slechte tot geen wifi verbinding in de kamer. Onze vodafone verbindingen waren ook slecht dus we stonden op het balkon te bellen en met eigen wifi verbinding. Misschien en ik hoop alleen bij de hoekkamer die wij hadden.

- Cynthia (10/5): - Just loved this place!! Very classy and well organized/runned! Beautiful! They thought of everything! The place is adorable. The room was great and overlooked the pool. We did reserve a room with a view of the water but really couldn't see it.and a high floor but got 2nd floor which was fine. Beautiful little courtyard. They gave us a complimentary glass of prosecco and some snacks when we arrived. The room was stocked with a little refridge and everything was complimentary in it except for the liquor. There were 2 apples and a muffin and some cookies on the little table in your room. They supply robes/slippers, shampoo and conditioner, dryer for you. Not many places in Switzerland give you toiletries in the room (we stayed at many places too). The pool is heated and very clean. This place was the best. Walkable to the water and little town (old town), Restaurants. Staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff works very hard. They also give you a pass coupon that allows you free transportation/buses/trains in that area. Most places do; you just have to ask for it. Places close early. A good 20 minutes walk to the town along the water.
- Larissa (10/5): Traumhaft, ein absolutes Traumhotel, alles hat bis ins letzte Detail gepasst. - Alles, es war ein Traum! Super schön gemacht, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Super freundliches, sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Und das Frühstück war super. Der Poolbereich mit dem geheizten Pool war traumhaft schön, wir kommen sicher wieder. Der perfekte Ort um zu geniessen und entspannen.
