• sebastien (7/5): - Dommage que certains voyageurs ne sachent pas respecter le sommeil des voisins. Quand un enfant hurle de 3h ...à 4h de matin sans que les parents ne réagissent... Cela aurait pu être un accidebt mais les 2 autres nuits idem avec des cris dès 6h du matin pas cool pour la récupération Bravo aux parents !!!

• A&B (8/5): Attraktive, aber eher teure Wohnung - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Wasser, in einer attraktiven Umgebung. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Man kann das Gepäck vor und nach dem Bezug zwischenlagern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zu klein für fünf Gäste. Wir hatten bei der Buchung nach einer Unterkunft für fünf Personen gesucht und es hat uns diese Wohnung angezeigt. Ja, man kann das Sofa in ein Doppelbett umwandeln und es hat sechs Schlafplätze, aber die Wohnfläche und die übrige Möblierung ist für maximal vier Personen ausgelegt.

• Carol (10/5): Birthday weekend - I had the most amazing stay here in February for my birthday weekend. The staff were incredible from start to finish, so friendly and genuinely helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in, but they kindly let us store our bags so we could explore the city. When we came back, our bags were already waiting in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. To make things even more special, the staff surprised me with birthday treats and a lovely gift, which I honestly didn’t expect at all. It made the whole experience feel so personal and memorable. Everything about the stay was seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Everything else about the stay was perfect, but the only downside was that the alarm went off in the early hours on one of the nights, which was a bit disruptive. That said, I understand these things can be unforeseeable and outside the hotel’s control, so it didn’t take away from what was otherwise an amazing experience.

Lots off facilities like plates, cups, cuterly, microwave, tv with Netflix etc. (electric hob if you need it and washing machine) Nice futon bedroom upstairs with its own privacy blinds. Additional bedroom downstairs. Apartment flowed really well - quirky yet spacious with the high ceilings Only 5 min walk to 48 bustop which takes you straight into Amsterdam Central station; heart of city. Theres also a 10 min walk to tram zoutkeetsgracht* which is very well connected to other main parts of city You'll be taken back by the river views directly outside the apartment We chose this apartment as we were travelling during kings day & also wanted to avoid the hustle & bustle of city centre The host and messages responded to all messages swiftly & all instructions were clear. A big thanks :) Nothing- having to leave, miss the apartment & our stay at Amsterdam :(

• Kayte (9/5): Game changer - Lovely clean and quiet apartment. Our flights had been cancelled so this was an impromptu stop over and was a great find. I’d definitely recommend staying here as it’s enough away from the hustle and bustle and only short walks to anywhere. We’ll be back to actually enjoy for more than 36hrs!

• Katherine (8/5): Interesting and efficient space with some quirks - Apartment had everything we needed, all efficiently and tidily arranged. Everything felt new and clean. High ceilings of downstairs area made the space feel larger than it is. Large windows onto the river provided interesting views and ample light (though too much light (even with the blinds in place) in the early morning). The staff was very kind to me when I had been unfortunately sick on the last night. The loft for the king-size bedroom has a very low ceiling and is accessed by spiral stairs; I found that to be more of a detriment than I expected when I booked. The location requires a bit of effort to get to from the city center; it's not a bad walk to the tram or bus, but in March it was quite cold and windy there on the water. The lower bedroom has floor to ceiling windows directly on the exterior walkway; though very few people likely use the walkway, it has a feeling of being completely exposed unless the blinds are shut.

• cmelcher13 (10/5): I loved this location and having a nice place for us to gather. - We loved our stay at the Eric Vokal. The property was easy to find and easy to access. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. They listened to me when I said the internet was not working and worked with me to figure out why. Also anytime I needed anything for the apartment they were always ready to get things for me. We also had a lot of family coming and going and the location of the Pointsteger Hotel for additional guest made being together much easier. The couch could be a little more comfortable. Also adding a second comforter to the pullout would be better than the one that only reaches the corners of the bed. I liked always staying in hotels with two twin duvets instead of one large comforter. Also add a cheese slicer would be helpful.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay—well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, bike rentals etc. Easy check in and check out. Amy in the front office was very helpful. The property was a bit far from touristy areas, but public transportation was easily accessible.

Las camas, los ambientes la limpieza es un 10, la vista del que nos tocó, es ÚNICA, si bien para el transporte público hay que caminar un poco, que te lleva a la terminal , desde ahí podes caminar al centro o tomar conexiones Volver al depto desde de unas largas caminata era lo mejor, costaba salir de lo confortable que era estar ahí!

We arrived with outside temperature below 0, and accidentally opened the front door of the reception, but the lady was very rude to refer to the email sent to me with all directions that we should have read in advance. Not helpful - no hospitality provided.

• PETROS (8/5): - Ένα μεγάλο διαμέρισμα που βρίσκεται 2 μέτρα από την θάλασσα με τεράστια παράθυρα χρειάζεται αποτελεσματικότερη θέρμανση τον χειμώνα με θερμοκρασίες που είναι καθημερινά κάτω του μηδενός και την τελευταία μέρα με χιόνια Η θέρμανση χρειάζεται πολύ μεγάλη βελτίωση και ειδικά όταν το κόστος του διαμερίσματος είναι 200EUR ανά διανυκτέρευση. Δεν είναι λύση η χρησιμοποίηση ενός ή δύο μικρών ηλεκτρικών αερόθερμων (το δεύτερο μας δόθηκε από την υποδοχή όταν παραπονεθήκαμε) που λειτουργούν βοηθητικά στον κεντρικό κλιματισμό ο οποίος στην μεγαλύτερη ταχύτητα αέρα είναι υπερβολικά θορυβώδης και βγάζει κρύο αέρα αντί για ζεστό.

• Iurii (7/5): - Location was great. Granted, it was perhaps the windiest and coldest week of the year, and an effort was required not to be blown away into the IJ or into the channels. The views were nice, we could observe all the boats and tankers and other vessels. Public transportation availability was quite sufficient: a bus to Centraal or a tram to the south within comfortable walking distance. The bathroom was new, in a good condition, and with good water pressure and temperature. It was cold. The thermostat would say it remained within reasonable limits (18 to 20?), but it didn't feel like that. The climate system was also quite loud, especially during the night. Recycling was a bit puzzling (e.g. we didn't find the plastic recycling, and the garbage/recycling containers were not where they should've been according to the map).

We loved the strong water pressure which allowed us to take nice warm showers. Amy was very friendly, helpful and kind. Location is convenient too - Just a few minutes bus ride from Amsterdam Centraal. We highly recommend this accommodation. 👍🏻

Apartment was not the same one as shown in the photos on Booking.com and had a smaller bedroom area . Fair amount of noise from surrounding apartments ( footsteps, doors opening and closing) at night
