• Lewis (9/5): Perfect for stay over night - The hostess was really friendly and even lent me her phone charger when I forgot mine! Spacious room and Lidl / Aldi nearby. Flexible check out time Towels are made from old linen and bathroom supplies are a little scarce
• John (7/5): Nice locale, friendly host. Slight problems if you're large like myself. - Location was okay. Host was friendly and spoke excellent English and made me feel welcome. I had the top floor to myself. Towels and wifi provided. Cutlery and kettle provided. The bathroom was super clean, the shower had excellent pressure. Given how warm the days and nights were, I had multiple cold showers to cool off. Bedroom super clean too. Really nice atmosphere to the place. There were roadworks outside the building. It was unseasonably warm, but there was no air-con or fan and the window/blinds was "fragile" so off limits. I'm large and unfit, and the room was on the 2nd floor. Yeesh. The bed was unpleasant for me and seemed on the verge of collapse at all times. No support. Probably would be fine for a regular sized person, not such much for someone weighing 150kg. :(
• Philip (9/5): Great and comfortable stay in the south of Brussels for relatively cheap money. - I had a large, comfortable room to myself, for quite a reasonable price. The owner was friendly and responsive when I communicated with her. Shower appliances and silverware were thoughtfully provided. The flooring.

• Kristen (9/5): Superb - The host was extremely friendly, courteous, caring, and helpful. She often communicated with me when she could to see if I had any problems during my stay, even texted me when the door bell was not working and let me know other ways to contact her. The room I booked was for single person, but it was ample enough to fit two people. The host also provided tea, coffee, and a kettle to make the morning beverages. When I asked her beforehand if she had an iron that I could borrow to straighten my wrinkled clothes, she enthusiastically allowed me to borrow her iron (this is something that I didn't often see in hotels). The room was also equipped with a small fridge. Overall, with the price I had to pay, this place is even better than some hotels I have been to. There was virtually none that I can think of. But if I have to say, maybe the sound from the functioning fridge was a bit loud, and the bed mattress was a bit lower than I expected. However, these were minor things that didn't really affect my experience.

• Ágnes (9/5): Benedicte was a super kind host with a talent to make people feel comfortable around her apartment. I would highly recom - The house is located in a very safe neighborhood and Benedicte was a very nice host. Her warm welcome and her thoughtful approach made me feel like at home. My room was super cozy and also had a morning coffee accessories at hand. Sheets and the bed were fresh and comfortable to sleep in. Benedicte has also a good taste if you look at the CDs and books around the building. She gave me easy and straightforward instructions about how to get in and she was approachable during my stay. Everything was perfect, only the cleanness could be improved in the bathroom area.

Although located on a busy thoroughfare, street noise was minimal and non-disruptive of sleep. Supermarkets and restaurants are within very short walking distances.

The place is located near tram and bus stops making it easy to reach. The place itself was immaculate, with all the amenities exacly as described.

The room was cozy and had all of the accommodations I needed. The host was very friendly. There were some issues with privacy. There are no locks on the doors and the host entered my space on a couple occasions, once without knocking. And the bedroom area did not match the photos on the booking site.

• Junart (10/5): I had a great stay at this guesthouse. Highly recommended. - The room is spacious and with own bathroom. It's not very close to the city center but there is a tram nearby. ALDI is also just on the opposite side for grocery needs. Claudio, the host, was very kind and helpful.

• Ana-maria (8/5): Great value for money amd perfect for a 1-2 days stay, especially if you travel individually, but keep in mind it is a r - It was very cosy and good location, close to the public transport and also accessible by foot from the main objectives. I didn’t know it will be in someone’s home so it was a bit strange and, also, couldn’t lock the door to my room on my way out. Also the room was dusty in some parts.
