• marie (10/5): Central et calme - Situation géographique parfaite. L'appartement donne sur cour ce qui le rend assez sombre mais permet de n'avoir aucun bruit, ce qui est trés appréciable à Madrid
• Susan (8/5): Comfortable and quiet apartment in very convenient central location - We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, quiet and conveniently located apartment in Madrid Centro. We walked to all the attractions we wished to see, including the Prado, Reine Sofia, Plaza Major etc. The apartment is compact but sufficient for two. It was clean and well equipped. It has no street-facing windows, which makes it rather shaded, but thus helped keep it cooler and meant there was no street noise. Our host, Eric, who met us was very friendly. The apartment contained no information on its facilities, nor on how to dispose of rubbish or recycling (we found large colour-coded recycling bins about 100m away on the street, to the left of the entrance). Only two pillows were provided; a couple more would be helpful. There was no evident smoke or CO alarm, which was surprising.

• José Luis (1/5): Apartamento inaccesible sin ascensor operativo - La ubicación... si hubiera podido disfrutarla como me hubiese gustado, ya que como explico abajo no pude entrar y salir de la vivienda con normalidad. Reservé este apartamento en marzo de 2026 precisamente porque el anuncio indicaba que se trataba de un 4º piso con ascensor. Al llegar, el ascensor llevaba ya varios días averiado y no funcionó en ningún momento de mi estancia de 5 noches, sin que se me hubiera informado previamente ni se ofreciera una solución alternativa (a pesar de q la empresa gestiona múltiples alojamientos). Tengo diagnosticada osteoartrosis y no puedo subir varias plantas por las escaleras, por lo que el alojamiento resultó en la práctica inaccesible para mí. El propietario se mostró reacio a contestar mis requerimientos o buscar una solución. Finalmente reconoció el problema y tras muchas peticiones solo se ofreció a devolver una noche (le pedía 2 por recomendación legal), pese a que todas las noches se vieron afectadas por la misma incidencia. La ubicación y el estado interior del piso son correctos, pero quien tenga problemas de movilidad se puede encontrar con un gran problema. Las escaleras además eran de caracol de madera y con escalones irregulares. Quien se aloje aquí debe saber que al menos en mi caso no se asumió una compensación proporcional al perjuicio sufrido.

• Fatala (10/5): Increíble - La ubicación perfecta. El departamento es hermoso, con todas las comodidades. No hay ruidos por lo que se descansa increíble. Esta equipado absolutamente con todo. Es super recomendable y confortable.
• Sergey (8/5): Great location and good value for your money - Location, well equipped kitchen, lift to the 4th floor Slow or no response from the host. AC in the living room was not working which caused a minor inconvenience. Pillows were too hard and inconvenient to sleep.

• Lawrence (9/5): Great base for the city. - It was a little haven away from the craziness of Chueca. Secluded, cool, quiet. Great to come back to and relax after being out. We could entertain friends there. Best of all, the washing machine. Essential as the weather was so hot.

• Thanasis (9/5): Superb - The apartment was great. It has everything for your needs, it's clean and comfortable for 3 people. The group of the apartment were really helpful (with a lot of recommendations for our trip ) and responded on our questions very quickly. Also the location was perfect. We were close to almost everything in the city without using any transportation at all.

• Lungi89 (10/5): Madrids finest! - The apartment was centrally located but off the busy streets so no noise. It's a beautifully decorated space and stocked with everything you need. There was really nothing missing and no complaints - from check-in to check-out! Absolutely nothing. Could have done with a kettle but could boil water on the stove so all good.
• Jose (10/5): Our stay was absolutely amazing! - The property was clean and very neat and tidy. it was also right in the middle of the city which meant you could basically get anywhere on foot if you wanted to save on taxi fares. It has a great kitchen and bathroom and wifi worked perfectly. A great stay overall. N/A; Everything was perfect.
