• vicki (9/5): Lovely, clean unit with lovely bay view. - The view of the Mornington Bay was lovely. I believe there should be a note, that is easy to see, to say where the exit green button is located when leaving the pool area on level 12. :). However, the gentleman that I called answered straight away which was a relief and told us where the exit button was.

• Christopher (10/5): Very good, fantastic location and great facilities - Nice rooms comfy bed and had a very nice view, good location and was perfect for my weekend. The pillow were a bit soft.

• Sebastian (6/5): Great location, terribly managed. - Location is great, building is safe and clean and has amazing views. It was not clean. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the dishwasher itself stinks. Towels stained. Random clothes in the washing machine. Not vacuumed properly. Seats at table all wobbly and needs to be screwed together. Baby bassinet provided but without sheets. Couch is missing cushions and is really stained. They offered to send the cleaners around part way through the stay but we had already cleaned up the worst of it. One other bizarre thing is they also manage another unit in the building and when they send check in information, they send the lockbox codes to retrieve the keys for both units as a generic message. Why not just make specific messaging? Apparently managed by a professional accommodation provider but this was not up to standard. Ignored my request for a partial refund.
• Shane (9/5): Comfortable accommodation with everything you would expect to find in a modern apartment. - Location, location, location!!! Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

• Juliette (8/5): Overall was great - When I came out of the doors 1 day (5am), 2 very strange looking men approached me. I'm 52 years old and for the 1st time in my life, I was scared I'd get mugged. So locaton in lane. Also got evacuated for 4 hrs
