• Ivangelina (7/5): - - Good location, outside the city centre you cross the highway and you are at the beach - Flat is very spacious, with well equipped kitchen - Very responsive host - There is no shop, cafe or restaurant around. You need to always use the car to go somewhere - The flat had a weird smell - We were given a wrong key in the keybox but host was very responsive and sorted it quite quickly - Wifi and tv werent working but host was willing to sort it out for us once reported but this shouldnt have happened in the first place - We were only left a bit of liquid soap and not many sachets with shower gel

• denise (7/5): Casa ottima per chi cerca tranquillità a Marbella - La casa a Marbella è stata una scelta con alti e bassi. Innanzitutto, appena aperta la porta di ingresso, si percepiva un odore piuttosto strano che però svaniva dopo aver areato un po’ la casa, aprendo le finestre e le porte. Un aspetto negativo che non ci aspettavamo. La casa affaccia su una autostrada, ma si intravede anche un po' di mare. Nei dintorni non ci sono supermercati, bar o farmacie, quindi bisogna spostarsi in taxi o auto per trovare questi servizi. Per quanto riguarda i mezzi pubblici, l’autobus passava raramente ed è stato quindi difficile muoversi senza dover prendere un taxi. A piedi, la zona è poco sicura, soprattutto di notte. Un aspetto positivo è che c’era un sovrappasso pedonale che attraversava l'autostrada, portandoci direttamente alla spiaggia, che è stata una comoda soluzione per andare al mare. Tuttavia, per andare in centro o in altre zone della città, abbiamo dovuto fare affidamento sempre sui taxi. Il contesto è tranquillo, essendo una zona residenziale, quindi la notte era molto silenziosa e abbiamo dormito serenamente. La casa è ben fornita, con una lavatrice disponibile, ma sarebbe stato utile trovare un po' di detersivo, invece abbiamo dovuto acquistarlo noi. Inoltre, il terrazzo è spazioso e curato, perfetto per fare colazione o rilassarsi un po’ . Sarebbe stato utile avere uno stendino per i vestiti. Il letto è comodo e la casa in generale era pulita, il che è sicuramente un punto positivo. la posizione e il fatto che non ci siano servizi nelle vicinanze rendono un po' difficile il soggiorno, soprattutto se non si ha una macchina a disposizione.

• Raquel (6/5): - El apartamento está bien y la piscina muy cuidada La ubicación, a 3 km del pueblo y sin servicios próximos. Parece q estas en mitad de la nada. A la playa se accede atravesando la autovía por una pasarela superior. En el anuncio ponía 2 camas. Solo hay una y un sillón plegable que no es bueno para un adulto.

• Alexis (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at Javier’s suite in Panorama - Frente a la Playa Suites and had a truly wonderful experience! The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The decor was tasteful, with elegant touches that created a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. The location of the property is excellent — just a few steps from the beach, with a stunning view and easy access to restaurants, beach bars, and shops. The complex's swimming pool was absolutely fantastic: clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing under the Marbella sun. Javier was an outstanding host — kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. He genuinely cared about making our stay perfect, and we really appreciated that. Overall, it was an experience we’ll remember with a smile, and we would definitely love to come back. We highly recommend it!
• Przemek (4/5): unsatisfied - Comfortable bed. Quit the big apartment. First of all, the apartment is located near a busy highway, which can be really tiring. You can't relax or eat on the terrace because the noise from the cars is constant and disruptive. Secondly, the smell inside the apartment is quite unpleasant—it's like some sort of air freshener. The balcony door has to be kept open all the time to help remove the odor. Additionally, the host has sent multiple messages about garbage storage and disposal rules, but in reality, only one garbage bag was provided. The same issue applies to toilet paper; there was only one roll supplied for a family of three. The frying pan has reached the end of its life cycle. It is highly recommended to replace it to avoid poisoning future customers. Lastly, the apartment is a 35-minute walk from the center of Marbella, and there are no shops nearby. It's not recommended to stay here without a car.

It was pristine and very comfortable. Javier's instructions for entry were perfect and he was extremely helpful! We would both love to return any time! Thank you Javier! Nothing! A1!

The host was excellent, he provided excellent information before we arrived and was available to answer any queries during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone planning a visit to Marbella Nothing
• Narcis (10/5): Great apartment! - You have everything you need. It has a very spacious bedroom, living room and terrace with great view. Very clean throughout, great smell, great air conditioning. Private parking space underneath the building with remote control, which plenty hotels in Marbella can’t provide. Javier, the host, is very helpful and has plenty advices for the area. The elevator is also a plus for me, not having to carry the luggage on stairs. Thanks for everything

• Sophie (9/5): I would come back - The appartment is amazing, very calm and with a nice view that you can enjoy from the bedroom also! Well furnished, spacious and with air conditioning. The residence has a lovely pool on the backyard and the beach in front. Nothing, except that it is preferable if you have a car but we managed easily with the bus as the bus stop is in front of the building door.
