El patio con pileta, mesa de pool y vista al mar son excelentes, con acceso a un quincho y baño ideales para disfrutar. Patrick fue muy amable al recibirnos y estuvo en contacto todo el tiempo. Si bien se puede ingresar sin problemas, para el acceso al garage es necesario prestar atención ya que está inmediato a la calle que es de circulación fluida.
