• Anabel (5/5): - Esta cerca de la playa y con niños está bien para poder ir dando un paseo sin necesidad de coger el coche. La primera noche al sacar las camas para los niños, estaba sucio debajo y tuvimos que barrer los papeles que había. Eso hizo que la estancia no fuera lo cómoda que nos hubiera gustado.

• Jasińska (9/5): - Kontakt z właścicielem wzorowy. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko przystanek autobusowy wiec można bez problemu dostać się do miasta. Plaża 5 min spacerkiem i market tez w pobliżu. Apartament czysty i dobrze wyposażony jak dla 2 osób dorosłych i dziecka wystarczający.

Risiedere in questa periferia permette di vi - Appartamento molto carino, accogliente e caldo nonostante inverno. Ubicato a pochi passi dal mare, in un condominio silenziosissimo, in località prossima a Valencia, a soli 12 km dal centro di València, raggiungibile in 20 minuti con il pullman la cui fermata è appena sotto casa, sia per l’andata che il ritorno garantito fino alle 10:00 di sera. Dopo quest’ora si possono utilizzare i servizi Uber a 13-14 ore anche a notte fonda. La località dove si trova l’appartamento è bellissimo, molto carino, con un lungomare incantevole. A pochi passi dall’appartamento si trova un grande supermercato molto ben fornito e prezzi anche di molto inferiori a quelli italiani. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, frigorifero con congelatore, microonde, stufa ad induzione, forno, piatti, posate, pentole, bagno con doccia, asciugamani, phon, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, camera matrimoniale coperte e lenzuola Insomma, l’appartamento offre tutto, basta portare solo il cibo. È dotato di aria condizionata per i periodi caldi estivi e di calorifero portatile per i periodi freddi, anche se ripeto che di per se l’ambiente è molto caldo da solo e non ha bisogno di essere riscaldato a parte.
• De soto Morales (10/5): - Apartamento tal y como sale en la foto. Todo muy bonito y limpio. Muy buena ubicación, a menos de 5 minutos de la playa. Cerca de bares, restaurantes y supermercados. A unos 15 minutos de Valencia. El dueño, en todo momento pendiente por si necesitábamos algo. Sin duda cuando vuelva por alli, volveré a este apartamento. Nada q decir malo.

You could also hear other neighbours through the walls and appliances that were almost impossible to use , for example, the stove and lack of bedding provided

• Evelyn (8/5): Als ergänzung zu der Hitze von Valencia sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. - Herziges kleines Apartment. Tip top für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Liebenswerter Gastgeber und spannende Umgebung. Etwas ausserhalb von Valencia aber das Meer und der Pool sind nur ein paar schritte entfernt. Dafür ein grosses Plus.
• Joanna (9/5): I recommend this place - All was good, nice place, quiet area, 30 min by bus to the city centre of Valencia, 5 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the supermarket, me and my daughters have a nice and relaxing stay. Valencia is beautiful, I recommend flamenco show Nothing but small suggestions - There are many tennis courts nearby so having the tennis rackets in the appartament would be beneficial as well as beach umbrella, we bought the umbrella in the nearby shop and left for the next guests 😀
• Aija (5/5): Nice location, but thats all you get - We stayed for two nights, booked for a family of four. There was only one duvet(at least we couldn`t find any), so we had to buy some fleece blankets. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking your own meals, and the pans were not usable at all(they scratched and burned food on them, and there were no pans for the oven). Cleanliness was another issue. The apartment was dirty, and we even found some socks lying around on the floor. This was the worst apartment we have stayed.

• Oleksandra (10/5): Great place for a calm beach vacation - The apartment is great! Very clean and spacious, 3 mins far from the beach. There is a full set of kitchen appliances, so if you feel like cooking there’s everything for it. The owner is always easy to reach so we had no problem arriving late. There are many restaurants and a supermarket in the area. I liked everything, had a great vacation and will definitely come again. The only thing, being first time in Valencia and in Spain in general, I didn’t understand that the apartment is located in a little town (resort type village?) 30 mins far from the downtown Valencia. Maybe I didn’t read carefully enough the booking... But it was absolutely not a problem, there’s a bus to the Valencia city center every hour, so going to the city was not hard.

• Marta (8/5): Good value for money - Good value for money to compare to prices in Valencia. Efficient communication with the owner. Easy parking. No noise at night time. Consum supermarket around the corner. No kettle in the kitchen. We had big problem with mosquitos. Our daughter was covered with bites after each night. Bad smell from the sewers. I would change the bed linen from polyester to cotton.
• Klaudia (8/5): Great, quiet place for a reasonable price - Very nice, clean apartment. AC and wifi working very well. The kitchen is small, but we enjoyed it. There was basic cooking equipment. The host was very friendly and helpful, he replied fast to all questions that we had. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet, there are mostly apartment buildings. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Beach is also very close, 3-4 minutes walk. Valencia city center is around 20-30 minutes bus drive from the apartment, and the bus stop is just outside the building.
