In case of refusal, under the right of admission, entry may be refused.
Check-in after 23.30h will have an additional charge of 30,00€ to be paid on arrival by the guest.
The internet service is an external service to us, so in the event of any incident/breakdown we will ask the company for its prompt resolution. These incidents will not entail any type of refund to the client since, being an external service, it is not in our hands to be able to solve it.

- Valerie (8/5): A pleasant and low key sort of hotel. Clean, friendly and not too large! Good location - The breakfast was very varied and the buffet was more than comprehensive. We found the rooms to be modern and pleasant. The location in the town of El Cotillo was convenient for the beaches and restaurants, Decent value all round!
- Brigitte (5/5): A éviter en 2026 - Appartement bien aménagé et bien placé dans Cotillo Cet appartement ne devrait pas être mis à la location durant les travaux à proximité. Toute la journée bruit du marteau piqueur qui est insupportable, nous avons écourté notre sejour. De plus la porte ne fermait pas à clé (3 points), nous avons alerte le mandataire des le 1er jour mais rien n'a été réalisé.

- Beatriz (1/5): No la recomiendo - La localización y las vistas. El alojamiento está totalmente descuidado. Tiene demasiados detalles que te hacen la estancia muy desconfortable, no te sientes para nada agusto. Humedades, óxido, utensilios de la cocina deteriorados que mejor no usar, dan grima, dejabas algo en la encima y apetecían muchisismos mini insectos en dos segundos, no podías usar la cocina. No está preparada para esta temporada de la isla hacía frío, mucho por la noche, pedimos mantas y no nos atendieron en ningún momento así que hemos pasado las noches regular, hemos dormido fatal. Relación calidad precio malísimas. Una pena porque la localización y las vistas son para que tuvieran cuidada la vivienda . No la recomiendo para nada

- Paul (4/5): Grundsätzlich gutes Apartment aber man wird die nächsten 2-3 Jahre den Balkon sowie die Dachterrasse nicht nutzen können - Per se sehr geräumig und gut gelegen! Wir hatten überall kleine Käfer. Küchenausstattung sehr spärlich. Baustelle direkt vor der Haustüre
- Teresa del pino (7/5): Me esperaba algo mejor - La cercanía a la playa La parte de arriba del apartamento super sucia, no pudimos ni sentarnos del polvo que tenía la colchoneta, faltan cosas muy básicas en la cocina, solo hay dos platos llanos, una copa. Un rollo de papel higiénico solamente y ni una bolsa de basura de recambio.

- Linda (7/5): Missing my Sunhat! - The view across the lagoons. Stunning. The bed was very comfortable but no headboard. Was very cool in apartment, needed heat. Furnishings were tired in bedroom. No headboard on bed. Unfortunately I left my lovely Sunday in apartment. Disapointingly, I've heard nothing from the staff of Deep Blue Cotillo on this.

- Ceri (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment, plenty of space, well equipped and very clean with sea views from both terraces. Great location, a few minutes walk to the lovely lagoon beaches on one side and a few minutes walk into the village on the other side. Easy car parking outside. There is building work in this area as a previous reviewer mentioned so you need to be aware of that, but we didn’t find it at all noisy or intrusive and wasn’t in front of the apartment. The check in process was a little stressful, with a promise to contact us the day before which didn’t happen, and as a result having to make multiple calls when we arrived to gain access to the apartment but it all worked out and Guisy who met us was very helpful, so I can’t mark down on that as it was quickly forgotten and didn’t impact our stay overall.
