- Ashlea (2/5): - The location was good. We were instructed to collect the keys from a ezy mart around the corner. The server said he didn’t have the keys. We walked to site and security said it was all residential and could not help. Back to the ezy mart. The owner answered our call and had the keys retrieved however it was extremely late and stressful. Hallway smells of vomit. Room is tiny. Shower is terrible. Possibly the worst place we have ever stayed.

- Raymond (5/5): - Good location, close to Melb Central. Well equipped home with utensils and washing machine / dryer. Strong shower with working bathroom ventilation. Poor hospitality, will not respond to requests and not a very helpful host. Difficult check in and out process. Got to go somewhere to pick up and drop off keys. Imagine lugging your luggage around. Old unit. Untidy cabinets and toilets. When you open the cabinets, all the stuff will start falling off. Only 1 lift working and it was broken down in the middle of the night making me walk 20 floors up the stairs.

- Claire (10/5): Lovely apartment in great location. - Cute apartment in a great location. Super quiet and conveniently located close to all the city attractions. It's on level 19 so no street noise and no noise from neighbors either. Great city skyline views. Would definitely recommend. Mini single use soaps and using sheets as a doona cover. Just my pet dislikes.
