• Patricia (9/5): Bonito lugar - La ubicación es fantástica , a pocos minutos a pie de todo. El apto igual que en las fotos. Destaco la limpieza y pulcritud del alojamiento La ducha es un poco pequeña pero se compensa con la presión del agua perfecta.
• Mária (10/5): - Közel volt minden nevezetességhez. Rugalmasak voltak a korai érkezésünkhöz. Zökkenőmentes volt a kulcs átvétele. Fantasztikus pékség van a szállás mellett. Tiszta és rendezett. A metro 5 perc gyalog. Kicsit hangos még éjszaka is az utca, de ezt feledteti, hogy minden nevezetesség gyalog is megközelíthető.

Chladnicka, kanvica, papuce, sampon, TV, vytah. 3 poschodia, na kazfom iba jeden apartman, v relativne tichej ulicke, priamo v Plake, kusok od Syntagma square, vsetkych tych uliciek a kostolikov, par minut od Akropoly. Fajn restauracia oproti pre nenarocnych. Skvely starsi pan co obsluhoval, lacne jddlo. A bozska pekaren na rohu Absolutne nic. Vsetko bolo top.

• Ana Clara Defe (8/5): Recomendable alojamiento en plaka - Excelente la ubicación, podes ir caminando a las principales atracciones. Muy buena comunicación previa, durante y posterior a nuestro hospedaje. Es amplio el depto. Muy bien equipado y todo en funcionamiento. Se escucha un poco los ruidos de la calle. El baño es bastante chico.

• Yee (8/5): Relaxing stay we walked everywhere. - The location was great and the restaurant opposite the studio was very good. Night walks up to Acropolis to see the night views. Free laundry and dryer. We like to have shampoo and conditioner. Extra blanket would have been good since we were 3.
• Jéssica (10/5): Amazing stay next to everything you want to see in Athens - The place was super cozy, everything was clean. It was like the pictures. The bed was amazing and the shower super relaxing.

• Laura (10/5): Excellent location, Great communication with the owners, a hidden gem. - Great locatoion, walk to everything. There a shop just down the street "The Bakery" that has excellent baked goods for breakfast. The Babka and cinnamon roll were delicious. Lots of restaurants really close by. Easy access to Syntagma square subway. Get on that and then go straight to the airport. Elevator in building - didn't have to carry up heavy luggage. Rooftop access has 2 nice lounge chairs to lay back and look at the stars. Table and chairs also on rooftop. Washer and dryer in the basement and complimentary laundry detergent was an added bonus. Didn't know the trash removal process. Maybe leave a note in the apartment and encourage renters to recycle when they can. Show a map of where it is - a bit of a walk, but if we knew early on, we would have done recycling and dropped off items as we headed out for the day.
• Robert (8/5): Great location in the old town, but .... - Location was great, could walk everywhere, close to airport subway stop. It had a great coffee maker. We used the rooftop patio everyday. Close to great bakery. Bathroom was very small including door into shower. Bathroom had a sewer smell. Floors were not clean and there was no broom to sweep up dirt.

• Özlem (9/5): Great Stay - This was the second time we stayed here because it’s really the best option in Athens. Location, facilities, staff… all is excellent. You can walk to everywhere in Athens and the room is modern and clean and comfortable. The only thing -what everyone mentioned- is that it has a tiny bathroom. But it wasn’t a problem even when I was with my 4 year old daughter. It was sometimes noisy (because it’s in the center of everything) but we weren’t disturbed at all. And, last time (Jun’23) we were self checked in but this time someone welcomed us. I think the owners had changed but the same hospitality. It isn’t something I don’t like but I was surprised a bit. We have stayed almost hundreds of different hotels/airbnbs…etc and it was the first time I was asked to wash, dry and put away the dishes I used and bring the trash to the outside trash bins. The garbage thing is acceptable somehow but washing the dishes (which I couldn’t do it anyway because I had no time)…

• Bridie (8/5): Well equipped apartment in the centre of Athens - Location was fantastic walking distance to everywhere and run in the heart of Athens. Spacious and nicely decorated with a little balcony and a roof terrace a couple of floors up. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen quite well equipped. Communication was excellent and we were shown around the apartment when we arrived great. A great place to stay in Athens. The apartment was a little bit noisy at night, but then this is the centre of a capital city, I was fine with earplugs

• Ioannis (6/5): Disappointing stay!!! - The property was centrally located, clean and we felt very secure. The communication although ineffective, in our case, was very swift! It appears they don’t proactively check the apartment / facilities but they expect the customers to report the faults. Also the information provided for specific issues was outdated and generic. Really??? The bathroom is practically tiny! When taking a shower we had reverse flow from the floor drainage point. The amenities were substandard (a tiny soap and a mini size shampoo tube). The dryer wasn’t working. The host was responsive and willing on WhatsApp …but is waiting for the customers to report the issues. When one pays what is requested, one also expects a flawless service.
• Juliana (10/5): Reality good - Beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable, great location. Quite roomy with a good kitchen ;) Needs a better air conditioning system as it gets too hot.
• Ester (9/5): Superb - Great room with beautiful balconies. The bathroom is tiny however and the shower is really small and hard to get in and out of. Good location in Plaka and a 5 minute walk to Monastriki square
• Michelle (8/5): A great place to stay in the Monastiraki/Plaka district - Our hostess was lovely. She was able to give us a lot of information about sights and restaurants. The area in which the apartment is located is faultless. Close to shopping, sights and restaurants. The bathroom was very tiny. If you are a big person you won’t fit in the shower. We aren’t but it could have been a problem. The laundry was in the basement. The lights weren’t working so we weren’t able to see. The rooftop was okay but it could be made nicer. It is a functional apartment for a short stay.

• Belf1986 (9/5): Superb - Nice and cozy apartment in the city center and Syntagma square, close to all of the main attractions by foot. Had everything we needed for a short stay. It was really easy to collect keys despite our flight arriving late. Since its a city center it could be somewhat noisy.
• Saladsays (9/5): Superb - Superb location! Not complaining but it does get a bit noisy at night, for me i didnt mind,, if ure a light sleeper then it might be an issue.

A lovely place to come back to at the end of visiting beautiful Athens! - Very clean, well equipped kitchen, air conditioning, selection of two pillows, lovely to open the patio doors and have the breeze and street sounds. Close to everything including delicious baklava at the corner and the “Wine Tunnel” within a 100 m. We were disappointed that the roof top patio was locked (but understandable as there was a break in).

• Susana (10/5): Comfortable stay with a great location. - The host kept in constant communication with us via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed and we arrived later than we anticipated. It was a very easy self checking process. The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable. Close to many sightseeing attractions and the subway. We only wished we had more time. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Melissa (10/5): great experience and I would stay here again - we stayed on the 2nd floor in the goldfish apartment and our stay here was just what we were expecting and as described. it had everything we needed for a quick trip in Athens before heading to the islands. Luca stayed in touch with me from the beginning and was very pleasant and helpful. when we arrived the a/c wasn’t working. I’m sure it was user error lol but when I reached out to him on WhatsApp he offered to stop by and see if he could get it working. by the time we got back from dinner the apartment was nice and cool. the bed and sofa were super comfortable. the kitchen is pretty well equipped and he had some water in the fridge for us. I see what some people are saying about the bathroom being small. it is small but not tiny. I’m not a petite lady (at least not anymore) so without offending some, getting into the bathroom could be a challenge for some. I think the perfect solution would be either pocket door or a door that opens out rather than in. noise levels weren’t so loud. I slept on the sofa with my head closest to the street and I still managed to sleep through the noise downstairs. if you’re a light sleeper it could potentially be an issue but I slept well both nights we were there which was a Thursday and Friday night. the only issue I had which was not a deal breaker was with the elevator lol. this thing was tiny! my son (in the photo) is a slender 11 year old and as you can see, I couldn’t ride up with him and all our luggage lol I had to send him up with two suitcases and then he sent the elevator back down so I could get on with my carryon. but again, not a dealbreaker just be prepared if you have lots of luggage or you’re on the larger size.
• Özlem (10/5): Pleasant Stay at the Heart of Athens - The apartment is well equiped for short stays. Everything you’ll possibly need is already available. The location is good. Neighborhood is safe and it’s very near to most of the attractions. You can go everywhere by walk. We stayed there as couple but the apartment is big enough for a family with one (or even maybe 2) child. There is a small balcony in case you need fresh air. I won’t search any other options when I visit Athens for the next times. The bathroom is a bit small but it wasn’t something I complained about. And since it’s located near the center (restaurants, cafes…etc), sometimes it’s noisy (when the windows are open).

• Apious (10/5): LUXURIOUS STUDIO IN THE MIDDLE OF ATHENS! - Location was amazing, right in the middle of everything in Athens. Very much recommended if your plan is to eat, shop and visit the museums / attractions in Athens! Super clean, super neat, very kind host. Host was available on whatsapp, gave us directions to collect keys and enter the apartment and also advised best spots to dine and visit etc. Very clean and good price! A balcony view of the acropolis would have made it heavenly.
