- Alex (10/5): Muito boa - Lugar muito bom pra se ficar, espaçoso e bem confortável com muitas coisas para se usar, como se fosse um apartamento próprio! bem organizado, estruturado e confortável, super recomendo. o espaço é um bairro bom e tranquilo, o prédio atende as expectativas. caso tenha dificuldade em subir escadas, lá não é um lugar recomendável pois fica no terceiro andar e sem elevador. não fica tão próximo do centro de BH, fica entre 15 minutos do polo principal da regiões mas o uber dava barato. O bairro não tem nada, tem um mercado e um praça muito legal mas também são coisas mínimas pois o ap possui fogão e geladeira.
