- Florcis19 (6/5): No lo volvería a elegir - El apartamento en sí era cómodo y amplio. Mal distribuido con un living muy pequeño para 4 personas y una habitacion enorme para 2. Cuenta con cocina con microondas y jarra eléctrica. Muy pocos utensilios. El wi fi funciona bien. Hay una TV grande con muchas opciones. Los colchones son muy cómodos. La zona es muy residencial. Esta bien. Se llega en 15 minutos andando al centro con muchas subidas y bajadas. El baño, a pesar de que hay infinitos mensajes con dicha queja, siguen sin arreglarlo. Siempre se va a mojar todo al bañarse, porque puede filtrar agua por cualquier lado. Solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 4 personas que estarían 4 dias! No tiene secador de pelo como decía. No podíamos ingresar al llegar porque la batería del ingreso estaba mal puesta. Debimos esperar a que vayan a abrirnos (lo hicieron bastante rapido). Muy oscuro y se escucha todo lo que sucede en la calle o en el resto del edificio ya que también da a un patio interno. Las almohadas son minúsculas. Aparcar es todo en zona verde y no hay muchos parking privados. Suele ser complicado. Se nota que no hay ningún tipo de interés de que sea un mejor lugar para alquilar, tiene detalles de decoración pero las cortinas rotas, el baño imposible, la cocina descuidada.
- Isaac (4/5): Pretenciós i incòmode d'estar-hi. Si és només per dormir, passable. - Estava reformat Era un soterrani, amb molta humitat, poca ventilació i amb els serveis justos. Vam quedar-nos sense paper sent 4 persones. A la mampara de la dutxa li faltava una porta.

- Maria (7/5): I would not stay there again. - Had two rooms, one tv family room and kitchen good size. Bath had no door, only one trash can for all the apartment, matresses and pillows felt really used. And one head board was not in place. The location felt unsafe to walk from downtown.

- Marco (6/5): Riparate la doccia (bastano pochi euro al Leroy Merlin.....) - Appartamento spazioso, in ordine e dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione comoda per andare in centro sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Facile accesso a parcheggi pubblici nella via o dintorni. La maleducazione del vicinato (molto rumoroso). ll box doccia in pessime condizioni (porte che non si chiudevano e quindi acqua sul pavimento + cornetta completamente andata - 5 Euro al Leroy Merlin ?) - accessori bagno danneggiati - inaccettabile per il prezzo pagato (e soprattutto avendolo segnalato subito il primo dei 3 giorni di soggiorno), che fanno passare inosservato che l'appartamento è comunque in ordine.

Cocina poco equipada, colchones incómodos, suciedad. Plato de ducha pequeño, mampara rota, dos secadores de pelo pero que no funcionan. Sobre todo mucho olor a humedad

- Déborah Estivill (7/5): - Ubicación y accesibilidad. Muy amables en gestionar todo. No estaba muy limpio y olía mucho a humedad. Ni dejando abiertas las ventanas todo el día se iba ese olor. Sensación de q ese olor estaba impregnado en las paredes y en los muebles... Tal vez llevaba mucho cerrado... 🤷🏼♀️

- Mirza (4/5): Disappointing - Property was clean Two beds are really uncomfortable, we sleep very bad, we call the owner to change it he rejected. Mybe 2 worst beds we ever sleep. Also there was no solt sugar and stuff like that
- Anonymous (4/5): Bare minimum. - The location was nice. The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were super uncomfortable. I had 3 nights of terrible sleep. The host was unreasonable. We were 4 people staying for 3 nights and the host only supplied us with 2 rolls of toilet paper. He refused to give us more. The towels were super small, they didn’t even cover my body (About the size of a hand towel). The kitchen had the bare minimum. There was hardly anything to cook with. No salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, butter. Nothing. The shower was super small and water leaks out (I saw this in several other comments from years ago and the owner still will not fix it). Overall, it was an overpriced apartment for just a place to sleep.

Water coming out from the shower cabin, the water closet did not work properly. We never got daylight as the flat is on the ground floor. The humidity was the biggest issue. There were not even kitchen towels available.Aiton was very helpful, though. He came imnediately to us as the cooker was not working. Bilbao and the semana grande were worth it!
