- Dana (2/5): The worst customer service ever - The worst customer service I have encountered in decades of traveling. They announced us that the jacuzzi was not working one hour before we arrived, even though the problem was old. After we arrived, no one answered to our messages, or on the phone and we had to deal ourselves with the problems we found. The door to the terrace opened with great effort. We had no trash bin or bags, and we had to manage ourselves (buying bags, put them every night in a garbage dumpster located on the street, 100 m away, we had to discover it ourselves). The sun loungers on the terrace were in an advanced stage of dirt and decay. There were no supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms (like soap, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, etc), we bought ourselves. The parking space is on the street and you can only find a place if you are lucky, we were not always lucky. All in all, the vacation was not at all pleasant in this location. Too bad about the space, as it is generous, but otherwise, I can't say anything good.
