• Maria (10/5): - Pri vstupe do budovy sme nevedeli či sme sa rozhodli správne . Ale hneď prvý vstup bol naozaj ohromujúci, nečakali sme tak priestranný, luxusný a očarujúci apartmán. Postupne sme odhaľovali jednu miestnosť za druhou, deti obsadili "čarodejnu" posteľ s rebríkom a už sme o nich dve hodiny nevedeli :⁠-⁠), priestranná kuchyňa s ostrovom bola vybavená nad očakávanie. Dve kúpeľne, dve spálne, jedáleň, šatníková miestnosť, práčovňa. Parkovanie asi 200 metrov od apartmánu napriek tomu, že je to centrum. Pod oknami jedna z najlepších pizzerií v meste. Boli sme počas pobytu naozaj veľmi spokojný. Trochu chaos okolo parkovacej karty (možno aj našou angličtinou) . Možno nejaký manuál v troch vetách by stačil - prvý vstup za vlastné alebo si ísť pre kartu ešte pred parkovaním - kartu vždy prikladať aj pri vstupe aj výstupe - pri poslednom výjazde použiť kartu na vyparkovanie a vrátiť ju do apartmánu zatiaľ čo auto bude čakať mimo parkoviska. Vstup do budovy je trochu strašidelný ale kompenzuje to vstup do apartmánu :⁠-⁠)
• Egils (10/5): Good location, but renovation works and humidity affected the stay - Style and location During our stay there were facade renovation works on the building, with scaffolding and protective nets in front of the balcony, so it was not possible to enjoy the view. The rooms felt quite humid and there was a slight mold smell. We also experienced occasional electricity outages.

• Nigel (6/5): Lovely apartment in a great location, but we had several issues with our stay. - A lovely spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. However? We were not informed about the large scale building renovations currently being carried out. Unable to open the shutter doors allowing full light into the property. Scaffolding platforms covering the entire front of the property. Would not have booked this apartment if we had known this. Considered another place, but decided to stay. Which was not a wise choice. Two bathrooms are at opposite end to the two bedrooms about 20m away. En-suite would have been preferred. No elevator, but a large stone stairway. Carrying a large suitcase up and down you must be very careful. As I found out to my cost upon leaving. Builders dust made the stairs a little more slippery. Car parking is via an underground car park not too far away, but you will need to research on google maps. The access is via an entry card which is left in the apartment. So some planning is needed to park up and walk to the apartment to collect the card. Parking and driving in the area is not the easiest of things to do. My Sat Nav in our hire car made me take two illegal turnings and cause some chaos. Using the card is only straightforward once you realise how to use it. Which we had to do via an attendant firstly.

• Daniel (9/5): Highly recommend unless you need the temp below 75 degrees Fahrenheit - Beautiful property located within walking distance of everything we were interested in. Tastefully decorated with plenty of room for a family of four. A/C could have been colder

• Martin (3/5): Good property but I’ll never be back. - Apartment itself was excellent with every comfort you’d need, clean and modern and in a good location . REMS are incredibly disorganised and seem to treat guests with absolute contempt. Provided address details at 4 o’clock in the morning of our departure so we didn’t see them due to traveling. Arrived at airport, taxi wasn’t there to meet us. Arrived after about 20 minutes with us with no address and no transportation. Taxi then dropped us off in an area with still no address. I then seen the email from REMs but I’d no WiFi to contact them. Ended up walking round with our suitcases for an hour before I got to talk to anyone. They couldn’t care less about guests.. the apartment wasn’t ready yet and they wouldn’t even let us drop our suitcases off . So we waited outside for another hour until someone came out to let us in. But before we were allowed to enter the building I had to fill in these online registration forms. When I asked could I at least come in and use the. WiFi to fill the forms they said no . Manage to at least stand on the steps and fill these detailed forms in for every single person in our group. Did I mention it was 35 degrees outside. Then one final act of torture was that I had to pay a deposit before I was allowed in via visa machine that needed wifi to work ( you couldn’t write this stuff) . I could have done all this at home if they had bothered to send the required email . They spoilt my whole holiday because I was so mad at there incompetence or perhaps hatred for tourists. Did I also mention that I’d hired the most expensive property in Malaga thrust to be treated like dirt . In short great property but if I think REM are involved then I’ll never be back. On a side note : don’t except to go to bed early or sleep in because it is a working town so it’s loud outside.

The staff I dealt with were so helpful and very friendly and extremely responsive to any questions. There was a secure car parking space available too in a local car park a 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. We'd absolutely return and highly recommend this apartment.

• Karen (10/5): Spacious, centrally located apartment. - This was a lovely, large (2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom) apartment in the center of old town. It was very clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean with abundant hot water. There was a dining table for six, a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer & dryer. It also came with complimentary parking which was a nice bonus. Communication with staff was efficient and polite. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend. The parking pass was a bit challenging to use, but we were able to make it work by calling the attendant each time!

• Avrora (10/5): Great apartment and location but weird deposit organization - Apartment is amazing, it’s cozy and beautiful. It’s the only one apartment on the floor so it’s very silent. It has everything you need and location is super, also free parking is a good bonus! The description says deposit €300 when you check in, message from booking says deposit is €400 but eventually I was forced to pay €500 deposit which is a bit too much but would be fine if I would know correct amount before the booking not after it.
• Janet (10/5): Fantastic stay in a stunning apartment. Let down only by the parking facilities. - The property was absolutely gorgeous with high end facilities in a really central location. If I were to stay again I wouldn’t bother with the free parking. We had a lot of hassle getting in and out of the parking space. Would rather they knocked a bit off the price and let you find your own parking.
• Martin (10/5): top accomodation - it was my 30th reservation on booking all time and it was the best. we would love to own this property. perfectly thoroughful thought to last point. luxury matress and bed. coffee machine, dryer, all kitchen equipment needed. un be lie va ble. we broke a lamp so that was unpleasant
