Martin (1/5): Worst experience ever - The bed was the only "ok" thing. But even with that you will not feel comfortable for all the surrounding dirt We originally booked for 5 nights but left after one. We didn't feel comfortable at all as the room was very dirty (you could feel it touching the drawers, the knives, the faucet, the sticky floor... Nothing has been properly cleaned in ages), there was no heating and after 2 minutes in the shower you only had cold water. We have stayed at multiple Airbnbns, hostels etc. before and that one was by far the worst we've ever experienced. We tried to reach the owner via phone but he never picks up, strangely he only talks to you with texts. I personally feel like that is because he doesn't want to face any complaints directly. I also do not understand how people in the past left good reviews. We debated for hours on WhatsApp and he just didn't want to give us our money back, he wasn't cooperative at all. He kept saying the same sentence, that there is no refund and that's what it would say in his policy as well. Right now we're in contact with booking and hope we can resolve the case and get all of our money back. I don't think at this point I have to say it but DON'T BOOK THAT APARTMENT.

Grimwraith (7/5): Good - good price-quality ratio, close to public transport, there is a bakery nearby, quiet area, well equipped No bathtubs but there is a shower.
Usama (1/5): Terrible. Would not recommend. - Nothing. Many things mentioned in the description on Booking.com were not present : 1. dining table 2. dining area 3. sandwich maker Also. 1. No toiletteries: tooth paste 2. Unclean floor : smudgy 3. No flipflops 4. No hand towels 5. Very dirty entrance to the building. And there was no light in the hallway. Pitch dark. 6. Felt unsafe in the apartment.

Govert (7/5): Fine, but don't expect too much - Easy to get in. Clean and well maintained. Nice bed. Nice shower. Nice kitchen. Cute courtyard. Good price/quality ratio. Washing machine but no drying rack. Iron but no ironing board. Booking.com says you can park there for a fee, but you can't, it's just parking on the street for city rates, and you're lucky if there's a spot, there wasn't for me for three days straight in off-season november, so a hassle I was misinformed about
