• Khoo (6/5): Price was fair but experience was below expectations - Clean, location was good. Near to tebrau aeon mall and Austin hill. Host was very responsive to feedback. Poor soundproofing of the unit / building - throughout the night could hear the 'ding dong' sound from the common lift. Blankets provided were too small for two pax for the double bed. Better to provide two separate single blankets. Double bed was noisy and any body movements easily awakens the sleeping partner. Laminate was peeling off the coffee table and cut my son's thigh as he brushed past it. I almost cut myself after too. Some pillows were thin and in bad shape, almost as if there were no filling and provided little support for sleep. AC malfunction was the ultimate - throughout the night we were kept up either due to the AC turning off by itself, or it kept beeping due to some reason. In the end we gave up and just turned it off.

An excellent location that was conveniently located with amenities, food, and shopping all within extremely reasonable distances. All in all, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would love to return again for our next visit!
• Mike (7/5): Not too bad. But so so - Short driving distance to Aeon Tebrau City and the happening areas. Aircon and clean. Nearby petrol kiosks. Clean and spacious. Check in instructions are clear. Responsive host who replies fast. Water heater in master bedroom not working. There's 6 of us. 1 working water heater in common toilet. Deal breaker. Alot of time spent queuing up just to shower. The basics should have been checked even before the guests come to stay.

• Hooner22 (8/5): Great stay - The unit is super big for our family of 4. There are 2 queen beds in 2 rooms and a single bed in BR3. The master bedroom is really big and could sleep more people with additional mattresses. Overall, the place is clean and we really enjoyed the space and Netflix. :) The location is a short drive to good eating places at Mt Austin, it's convenient and instructions given by host are very clear. We stayed there for 3 nights and by day 3, we almost ran out of toilet paper. 😅 could have given spare rolls.

The instructions given to take the lift were confusing.We cant find at first and ended in taking all the lifts before we gave up and call the incharge.
