• Lindsay (7/5): We loved our stay but with some of the above issues this could be exceptional - The view was exceptional The main door we could not lock The main bathroom had broken shelf so no shelf Carpet had hole in main bedroom Bedroom furniture had water stains Unit is for 4 people not 4 glasses for each eg champagne No coffee machine most units have coffee machines No outdoor seating on balcony only for one person Also when using the hot water you could hear a loud screeching noise

• Corinne (7/5): - Location Mattresses were uncomfortable, low water pressure, fridge/freezer not clearly known, no lounge cushions, balcony furniture = lack lustre/falling apart, main bedroom needs additional window coverings as the sun streams in very early.
• Amber (10/5): - Easy communication with the owners and key collection. Location was amazing waking up at 5:30 to watch the most beautiful sunrise over the ocean. The central location to everything will definitely be visiting again.

• Emma (9/5): Great view, great location. - The location was amazing and the apartment was really large. Great showers and beds. Lots of instructions to help with check in. Very little, but the couch was a bit old (minor issue) and the check in process was a little painful having to get the key from a different locations. But again, this is pretty minor.

• Karl (1/5): Caution advised - The view was good, as was the location Not receiving our full deposit refund because the vendor falsely stated a mark on the sofa was not there before our checking. They took $150 from our deposit for damage we did not cause. The photo they provided of the sofa before our stay may have been taken days, weeks or months beforehand (the time on the photo does not even match the wall clock in the photo, by several hours). The balcony lock was broken (fortunately I took a photo and notified the vendor before they charged me for that), the carpet at the entrance door was curled up (a trip hazard), the clock didn't work and there was no cover on the duvet. Instructions on how to get the keys to the property was very poor, and not at the property location. I'll never stay at a property owned by this vendor again.

• Nicola (9/5): The room and facilities were on point, some issues with room keys. - Property was nice , room was lush , some issues with getting the key. There was a dirty towel in one of the bathroom drawers. The 711 staff were not helpful at all with the keys.

• Dave (9/5): Excellent except for key pick up process having to drive back out to 7/11 and then back. - Great location and views Picking up the keys was a bit of a chore after a 10 hour drive. Location of the actual hotel was difficult to understand.

• Margaret (7/5): Nice view, comfy bed, lovely apartment and great location. - Little bit daunting collecting the keys for the first time. Picked keys up from the 7 Eleven across the street from the Casino. Followed instruction's where to go to park our car. Yellow zone and 5th floor. Once we got there, no clear instructions how to open the gate to park our car. Rang our contact, he was very helpful and helped us silly old people. So many keys and cards didn't think to use the black remote but we got there in the end. Nice view, nice location, hubby said YES lovely place definitely booking this again now that we know how to get here. Lift takes you to level 3, walk out and left and left again and you are at the casino. Perfect everything. Our 3 grey heads trying to work out how to get into the park...never thought to use the black remote key.

• Anonymous (9/5): The apartment was beautiful and in an ideal location. Worth any minor inconveniences. So good, I’m visiting again with f - The view was amazing and the apartment was beautiful. The location is fantastic. The parking wasn’t ideal, and was a bit of a hike. Would recommend a suitcase to people staying and carrying luggage was uncomfortable. Also, the apartment building elevators are very slow in peak times so guests need to take that into consideration. The checkin was also a little frustrating as we were given the wrong room number but I understand mistakes happen.

• C (8/5): Pretty nice place to stay. - Beautiful apartment, plenty of room. Amazing views and located right next to the casino and shopping. It's quite the trek from the car park to the room while carrying your luggage. It was like a maze finding our way. Carpark swipe for free parking didn't work and I had to have the card renewed which I obviously didnt know how to or where to go.. that took up my time. Bathroom doors didnt close or lock unless you lifted the door up.

• Shady (9/5): Loved it and didn’t want to leave. - Very spacious with enough room for the kids to play and have space to themselves. Beds were comfy and not hard to upkeep. Spectacular views, day and night. Nice and quiet, no street or neighbour noise was ever heard. I slept peacefully. Great facilities with staff that were very prompt and helpful. The vacuum wasn’t working, their wasn’t a broom. The oven door was broken but I still managed to cook pizza etc. I couldn’t figure out how to open the windows, use the washing machine at first or access the dishwasher but Lucas and the staff were very prompt to help me fix and figure things out. An instruction manual for appliances or pamphlets for transport and restaurants could be useful.
