• Marina (4/5): Just think about comfort of people who come and pay you for a comfortable stay. It’s only a day or two. We don’t have to - The location is great 1) the system with the app sucks, you have to close the app each time, so many movements just to open the door 2) the sink was clogged, so I couldn’t use the bathroom properly, then the water smelled stinky after 2 days in the sink because the owner didn’t answer the first day, the second day just didn’t come to fix and the third day woke me up so early before a very important event for me. I was very mad! 3) WiFi passwords were never in the room. Why should I text additionally to ask for WiFi? It gives extra discomfort. Why not to put a sign, to leave a paper or simply text in advance 4) the condo has fancy trash cans that don’t work. The sensors broke and you have to touch this dirty thing every time you need it. Just put an ordinary open trash bin. 5) Parking valet was never seen! I had to park myself and pull all the luggage from the parking. It’s not far. But!!! Why do you say there’s a complimentary valet parking? Just why?

• Marie (10/5): - Great location close to metro mover, mini food and liquor outlets. Easy walk to Bicayne bay. Security system excellent. Card less key so easy to use. Checkin at the Resident entry side of the Yotel was very efficient. 100 percent recommended this apartment.

• edefice (1/5): Avoid this place at all costs. - Our reservation was confirmed and the property even contacted us days before arrival to ask about our check‑in time. They also collected cash from us in advance, so we had every reason to believe everything was in order. When we arrived, we discovered there was overbooking and the apartment was simply unavailable. We were left standing outside the building with our luggage, late in the day, with nowhere to stay. We eventually managed to enter the lobby, where the receptionist was not surprised at all by the owner’s behavior - apparently this is not the first time this has happened, which is also reflected in other reviews. This property is unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different place.

• Paula (4/5): - I would not stay here again. We were not allowed to check in early, even though the host told us they would accommodate us. We were left waiting for two hours with our luggage because they charged $7 per bag to store it. The front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful. Responses were slow, and the arrival experience was unpleasant, with no assistance offered—not even to store our belongings. I would not return to this place. It is not a hotel, but an Airbnb, and the service does not reflect that distinction.

• Meredith (7/5): Good - Overall we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very clean and easy to access. The facilities and the location were very nice. We were able to walk around everywhere and really enjoyed the pool area. We were traveling with our baby and he needed a place to sleep at night. The host said there would be a pack and play crib available, but when we arrived it was broken and the mattress was hard as a rock and sat directly on top of the support poles. It was not really an option for our baby so that was very disappointing and made our stay a bit difficult. We asked for the pack and play to be replaced and they said they would be dropping a new one off, but they never did. If you need a portable crib for your baby, I would suggest bringing your own. The pull-out couch is also very uncomfortable so I wouldn't bank on using that either.

Host responses very quickly whenever needed assistance and was very helpful with my questions. I had a lovely stay, so can’t say anything bad

Convenient for public transport from airport and Uber to Miami port. Bayside marketplace a short walk away. Good wifi. No issues with our stay. Apartment is functional, could do with a fresh lick of paint. Key downloadable to an app which I needed the reception staff to help me with. For the price paid, it was not special or luxurious.

• Sarah (7/5): I liked it! - I loved that the host replied to my message super quickly when I had an issue with a window. I messaged her quite late, so I really appreciate that she did her best to help resolve my issue right away. The hotel and room is glamorous and luxe. The Wifi worked perfectly well, I am a content creator and I had no problems there. I wasn’t a huge fan of the noise, but that’s kind of expected for the location, so not a big deal. The bedroom could also use better blackout curtains. The comfort level wasn’t optimal for me personally, but it’s still amongst the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in.

The owner was very slow in communication. The cleaner left laundry in the dryer and the washer. The "reception"was not helpful and we had more help for the adjoing Yotel.

The host contacted me prior my arrival to send me the code that worked as a key to get in the apartment. It was very clean and had all the facilities I needed. The view was also very nice, especially if you do home office. As the post mentioned it included parking, I was surprised when I arrived, as I had to pay additional. There was no wifi either, or at least I couldn't find any sign with the password. I would have appreciated to have some recommendations from the host of places to visit or where to eat too.

• Brennen (5/5): It was ok - Location The host wasn’t flexible on check in and check outs. No phone number for the host have to message thru booking.com. No parking as advertised you have to valet ! The host gives you a fridge but absolutely nothing in it! Like you could at least but minimal stuff like bottles of water a couple can sodas or SOMETHING! Same with washer / dryer no detergent. It’s literally a kitchen with nothing in it and no grocery stores nearby just a CVS. It’s also very small compared to the pics. The TV was left on Spanish so I I had to translate the damn app to figure out how to get it to English ! SMH. There’s also no beach supplies. I think any condo close to the beach you should supply at least beach chairs ..etc. the host is CHEAP king story short lol

Homeless people. Unwashed bedding (had crumbs) for sofa bed. All the drains in condo were very slow, partially clogged. No basic kitchen cooking items (oil, salt, pepper) No coffee, tea, sugar.
