Marvin (4/5): - Very modern, spacious and clean rooms with nice facilities, big bathroom and shower The AC was centrally turned off even though it was unusually hot for January, resulting in 26°C room temperature even with a running fan that was brought by staff, which was extremely uncomfortable and got even worse when showering or using the hair dryer. All employees barely spoke English, which is a little surprising in a hotel run by a big American hotel chain

Vincent (9/5): Value for money accommodation, nice/clean room, friendly staff. - Friendly staff, nice room and furniture, free coffee at reception, common laundry with dryers free of charge. Only few minutes walk to shopping malls and subway station. Nothing really, other than not in the most central location of Hangzhou but that was reflected in the room rates.

Dittu (8/5): It was good stay - Rooms It's difficult to know the entrance of the hotel at night, arrived at 10pm there was no anybody at the entrance, the hotel is at 14th floor and the entrance at first floor it doesn't look like the entrance at night. It took me over half hour going around and people don't speak English.
