• Elaine (1/5): - Nothing. Awful stay, would recommend booking anywhere else! Shower only had either freezing cold water or scalding hot to the point of being dangerous. The upstairs guests could be heard all night due to the flooring. Ruined our time in Belgium

• marie-beatrice (8/5): Parfait pour 3 jours en famille pour découvrir Bruxelles - L'appartement est très spacieux et confortable. Il est super bien situé dans un quartier très sympa et proche du centre. Tout peut se faire à pied mais il est aussi très bien desservi si besoin d'aller plus loin. Notre hôte était très arrangeant et très réactif à nos sollicitations...merci :-) Ce qu'on pensait être une terrasse sur les photos n'en était pas vraiment une car il y a un toit et des fenêtres, certes sans vitres :-)...Mais bon en plein mois de février ce n'était pas gênant :-) :-)

• Betül (10/5): Evde yokken kimsenin girmemesi lazımdı.Matara olayı hariç iyiydi - Konumu güzel 2 banyo var gözüküyor ama değil bir tvulaet bir banyo var. Banyoda tuvalet yok. Son gün çıkış saatimize vakit varken temizliklerin eve girmiş olması bizi rahatsız etti! Çünkü eşyalarımız içerideydi ve değerli bir su mataramız kayıp oldu ! Biz market için dısarı cıkmıştık geldiğimizde onları gördük. Ve mataramız yoktu sorduğumuzda cevap gelmedi.

• Kahina (10/5): Foncez sans hésiter ! - Le logement était super, tout était propre et sentait très très bon, le logement était spacieux et il y avait un marché de Noël avec une grande roue au pied de l’appartement, le quartier est calme et confiant avec une petite supérette en bas si besoin tout était propice à un bon week-end ! Rien ! On peut dire que le parquet grince un peu pour chercher la petite bête car tout est parfait

• Soler Jambrina (9/5): Estancia agradable - Ubicación buena. El anfitrión nos resolvió un problemilla que tuvimos con mucha eficacia. Se agradece que nos dejara capsulas de café, infusiones, azúcar. Por poner una pega no habia microondas y nos hubiera gustado disponer de otro juego de llaves.
• Fátima (7/5): 7 em Bruxelas - Casa espaçosa e agradável. Não conhecemos pessoalmente o dono do apartamento, contudo sempre que precisámos obtivemos resposta pelo what'up e pelas msg do booking. Também foi muito atencioso porque podemos deixar as malas na garagem da casa depois do check-out. O beliche era mais adequado para crianças do que para adultos, A melhorar: falta uma cortina na janela da zona do beliche e a banheira é escorregadia. Na casa de banho do duche existe muito bolor, deveria ser pintada e tratada. Para 7 adultos era bom que existisse mais uma sanita.

• Berthold (5/5): - Die Wohnung ist groß, die Lage ist auch sehr gut zur Stadt. Die Bilder passen leider nicht mehr so ganz zur Wohnung, hier müsste man mal lieber investieren in der Ausstattung. Der AirHockey Tisch ist nicht mehr da, das Besteck hatte nur einen kleinen Löffel , der.Rest war einfach nur in einer Dose platziert. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Herd , Dunstabzug sehr fettig. Sehr hellhörig im Bezug zur darüber liegenden Wohnung. Fazit: Die Wohnung hat Potenzial, müsste nur mal renoviert werden.
• Tove (8/5): Dejlig lejlighed, desværre med al for meget perfume duft. - God plads. Gode senge. Dejlig med garage. Der var duft pinde mange steder i lejligheden, og sengetøjet duftende så meget af parfume at det var helt ubehageligt at sove i. Ikke kun for den person vi havde med, som har duft allergi, men også for vi andre.

• SULAIMAN (7/5): تجربة لن أكررها. - الموقع قريب لساحة الدام 10 دقائق مشي و يوجد للسيارة كراج. لايوجد ستارة عند السرير الذي بطابقين ، يوجد ازعاج شديد من الخطوات على الارضية الخشب من الجار العلوي خاصة في الليل والصباح الباكر يبدو ان السقف الفاصل بين الدورين خشب ، الدرج متعب لحمل الشنط ، وجود بقع اتساخ على سقف الحمام ، كان الجو حار ولا يوجد مكيفات واذا فتحت النوافذ ازعاج من الخارج.

Que no te puedas duchar en condiciones es bastante molesto. En el baño hay manchas en el techo, no sé si eran de moho. El apartamento está bien, pero le falta mantenimiento.

• Anthony (5/5): Passable - Large sofa and large beds..good location and bonus of parking spot, but the day we arrived it was a no car zone around the city which we were unaware of so we had to park on the outskirts after driving around for well over a hour and get a bus into the city had our meal then had to walk 20mins to the bus stop to get back on the bus to pick the car up, by this time it was 9pm and all we wanted was a shower and sleep..So needless to say we barely saw Brussles which is unfortunate..just a heads up if your planning on staying in the city make sure your check in and check out doesnt fall on a no car zone day. Tha apartment could have been cleaner there were cup marks on sides/tables The room was full of mosquitos as soon as we walked in they were biting us all..I understand its nature but made for a uncomfortable stay for us al especially with us being unable to shower.. There was no hotwater so unfortunately none of us could shower and we all felt really grubby which is a massive NO from me..I did inform the owner that we coudlnt get the hotwater on and they were sending someone round that day but we had to leave at 9am to get home so basically we slept in the apartment that was it..Also the washer was full of wet linen and the dryer was full of dry linen!! The cleaning of the room was not upto my standards drips on doors cup marks on sides..and all brown mould in the corner of the shower/bath which we couldnt even use
• Arpit (10/5): Great place to stay in Brussels - Renaldo is an amazing host, very considerate and co-operative. He was always available to help. Property is centrally located, everything is in walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and house is very spacious. Highly recommended, and I would stay again. Hot water was a problem, but we were in a rush so couldn’t let Renaldo know, am sure he would have helped.

The location is great, you can walk to the center by foot with no problem, there are supermarkets are close by. Everything you might need is in the apartment. If we had any questions, the owner was very helpful. Everything was great !

We had an air hockey tournament, rested in the hamoc from a day in the busy city center, and cooked in the kitchen. Everything was very clean. Some kitchen utensils were missing, but the host delivered them quickly. My friends did not get the tv working.

The property is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Close to metro station, only 10 minutes’ walk to most sightseeing spots and city center. It’s on first floor, we have to carry the suitcases by stairs.
