• Boykin (1/5): HORRIBLE - The room had a bad smell of a dead animal. The host made me stay under such conditions for 4 days. I worker came and acknowledged the smell and offered a mop to clean it up. Then he cut off the hot water to the kitchen sink and proceeded to fix the hot water in the bathroom. However, they then lied to me and booking.com stated that there was no smell in the room. Another worker came to the room and acknowledged the smell and they failed to give me full refund even though I complained from day one and they left me in the room with the smell.
• ΜΑΓΔΑ (1/5): THE WORST - THEY GAVE US DIFFERENT ROOM FROM PHOTOS THIS IS A MODERN PRISON THERE IS NO WINDOW IT OPENS IF YOU CLIMB THE BED IT OPENS JUST A BIT IN FRONT OF THE BINS THERE WAS NOISE EVERY TIME WE USE WATER THE STAIRS ARE TOO NARROW ITS UNDERGROUND FLOOR NOT GROUND AS ITS DESCRIBED THE DAMAGE WAIVER IS FOR WHAT IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I STAYED I A ROOM WITHOUT AIR THERE WAS MOLD SMELL EVERYWHERE THEY HAVE A SMALL AROMA DEVICE WITH TERRIBLE SMELL WE COULDNT BREATH . WE ASK FOR A DOUBLE BEDSHEET AS THEY HAD A HEAVY ONE FOR WINTER AS IT WAS 33 HOT AND PAPER TOILET THEY PROVIDE 2 FOR 6 DAYS. THEY ASKED MONEY ALSO.THE SINK AT BATHROOM IS SO SMALL MAYBE ONLY FINGERS WASHING... THE SHOWER HADNT ΚΝΟΒ FROM INSIDE IF MY SON WASNT I COULD GET OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE MANAGED TO OPEN THAT WINDOWS THE BINS WERE JUST IN FRONT FULL!!!!!!!! THERE WAS NEVER DAY LIGHT AS ITS UNDERGROUND THE WALL ARE SO THIN YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING AND THE LAST DAY THEY SEND ME A MESSAGE TO CARRY OUR GARBAGE OUT...AT LEAST THEY DIDNT ASK US TO CLEAN THE WHOLE.... THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT GO THERE WHEN I TOLD THEM IT WAS NOT THE ROOM AT THE PHOTO WE BOOKED THEY JUST SAID THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT ONE HOW BOOKING COM ALLOWS AT PROPERTIES LIKE THIS BE AT THE SITE. NO SPACE FOR LUGGAGE ONE VERY DIRTY CHAIR THE BEDSHEETS WERE ALMOST DIRTY NOT CLEAN
• Jack (6/5): Couple of issues, but size and price fine for a couple of nights getaway - Comfy bed. Good location - about 5-10 minute walk to the nearest overground stations to get into the centre. Lots happening on the high street. Plenty of shops nearby. Saw some reviews complaining about the size - I think it's pretty obvious from the photos that it's small. We just needed somewhere to sleep with a fridge to keep food in etc as we knew we'd be out during the day and it's perfect for that for a couple of nights. The stairs down to the room might be a problem for some, very small/narrow. The toilet isn't fixed to the ground at all from what I can tell. I'm a tall and therefore heavy guy at 6'6" and 110kg, and the toilet would rock/lean if I moved on it at all. My much smaller fiance didn't have this problem though. One funny thing rather than something wrong as such - why are they pans/cooking utensils in the cupboard when there's no cooker etc lol?
• Saf (10/5): Will definitely come again, lots of shops and restaurants and things to do - Very clean and very fresh beautiful decor very nice room with all equipment you need for a decent stay

• Watson (3/5): Stay far away! There are many other properties that actually provide what they say. - There was nothing to like. The room did not remotely resemble the pictures on the app. It was dirty. The view was non-existent, as this is a basement property. The facilities came up short and were not as portrayed. No view, no ventilation (extraction fan in the bathroom was also not working), no dining area, no air-conditioner. The room was definitely not soundproof as advertised. Stay far away!!! Dirty. No ventilation. Condensation from the shower caused overall damp conditions. The towels couldn't dry and the property would only exchange them at a fee, despite it being a seven-night stay. The electrical layout is a fire hazard and there is no smoke alarm. Terrible experience.
• Noufal (3/5): Poor - Nothing The room was too small and doesn't reflect what is shown in the pictures. No lift, narrow stairs, limited support staff
• Iris (2/5): Very poor - The only good was that it had hot water and it was clean. It was not at all like the pictures. The apartment was tiny and claustrophobic.. In the bathroom there was a tiny sink where you couldn’t even wash your hands, a tiny mirror and the shower door doesn’t have a handle from inside to get out. Also they charge you damage waiver.

• Chloe (10/5): Exceptional - Such an awesome experience! The host was super chill, and check-in was a total breeze!
• Zixin (4/5): Disappointing - Good heater No hot water in the shower room, could only take cold showers. Annoying noise happened when use tab.
