• John (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great, starting with pre-arrival communication, moving on to a personal welcome even though entry is electronic and finishing with a personal goodbye. The building is secure, the studio is great for 1 person or a couple, with new equipment throughout. The onsite pool, gym and laundry make life easy for a day off. There are also some decent places to eat and drink within walking distance.
• Giovanni (10/5): Exceptional - The property is clean and located really close to the train station, really cozy and comfortable. The host really friendly and kind even if he doesn’t speak English he was really helpful If I had a gust I had to inform the host first and he has to give my guest’s info to the reception
