• Peter (7/5): Location was great. - The location - it was close to our conference venue as well as local shops. Checkin was easy. House was roomy and adequate. Didn't like the initial communication asking us to pay a deposit outside of Booking.com. This issue was resolved and we did not need to pay it but didn't appreciate the pressure. Our stay would have been a lot more enjoyable had we not been constantly reminded to be careful and not do any damage.

• Kellie (9/5): Great house for a family get away. - House was great for what we needed. Our family felt very comfortable staying. Not enough cooking equipment for family cooking.
• Honey (7/5): Spacious comfortable house - The showers were hot, beds and lounge comfortable, towels and linen clean, the house is spacious and suited our needs. The smart tv was great. Big fridge. Kitchen and laundry detergents provided. No hairdryer after confirming there should be one. No garage remote (provided on last day of our 8 days). The wifi dropped in and out. There are stains on the lounge, cushions, rug. One heat lamp in the ensuite is broken. The neighbours left recycling and rubbish at the side of the house near our bins that we had to clean up. These things were inconveniences that we didn't expect to deal with. But when paying so much money for the house I expect it to be excellent and the owners/managers to better handle the situations.

• Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - Place wasn’t very clean, we walked in to the tap already broken, cockroach taped to the roof stains on couch and rug, food crumbs still under the coffee table, dirty hand prints on walls and empty toilet paper rolls in the bathroom rooms.
• Nathan (6/5): Nice house, nice area. Few minor problems but overall a pleasant experience. - The main point we liked about this property and the main reason we booked it was it's proximity to the family members we had come to visit from interstate. The property has a few minor damaged items that needed to be fixed, mainly the kitchen sink haha, but also things like the master door not closing correctly. I'm also guessing we may have been the first visitors in a while, as some small cockroaches were found around the sink and inside the dishwasher. But also found a weird wire hanging out of a ceiling downlight hole and couldn't get a straight answer as to what it was for. I'm not saying there's anything too suspicious going on but found it weird the owner couldn't explain it.
• Donovan (8/5): Awesome location, and very handy size for our family. - Very good size property, and the garage was handy. Just a couple of suggestions (not to be picky, sorry) but there needed a hand towel in the downstairs bathroom, and a couple of tea towels to wipe up dishes in the kitchen. The remote on the keys (not sure if it was for the garage) didn’t work on the garage, so we could only get in and out manually pushing the button, but you had to be tall. The front door was a little difficult to lock with the key. I was worried we couldn’t get back in. We left some pegs for the clothesline, and apologies we couldn’t fit everything out of the fridge in our bags. One of the blinds was broken at the bottom, I just didn’t want you to think it was us 😀. One last complaint was the pillows were a little too high for some that were using the beds, perhaps a variety of sizes might be a good idea. We really enjoyed our stay, and only want to give you some ideas on how our stay could have been better! Thanks for having us.
