- Robert (6/5): Okay value for you money - Guy who runs it is friendly and always available to help. Lots of amenities. The neighbourhood is quiet. The building is air conditioned. Only house on the street without a cut lawn. Not a problem if you like weeds. The guy who runs the place seems to have an issue with trash. What he put out was so disgusting that the garbage people refused to pick it up. The kitchen area is a bit of a mess. Also, you should be aware that the Barrhaven area of Ottawa is a bit off the map.

- Daniel (7/5): Good - If your needs are very basic, then this is a suitable place for you. The host is very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. He is also very quick to respond to messages. I enjoyed my stay there very much. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet but also a bit isolated. You would need a car or a ride to go to the next ATM or grocery store, for instance.

- Dnyanmothe (3/5): My stay was not great. The house is very far, and the room lacked basic essentials like a dustbin. The blanket provided - The only thing I liked about the property was that the bed was made and ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing. The room did not have a dustbin, and the bathroom lacked a lock also it was dirty, which made it uncomfortable to use. The overall location is quite far and there’s nothing much to do in the area. Additionally, the kitchen downstairs was messy, and basic amenities like soap were not provided. Given these issues, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

- Dorian (10/5): Best value - If all you need is a bed and desk to stay at for little, with excellent value for money you needn't look elsewhere. The host was also a pleasure to talk to. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

- Fiona (8/5): It was a peaceful stay but some obvious things like the bathroom blinds should be provided - This is a new house and it is clean.The room has a private bathroom and patio very big plus .There was snacks and juice for the guest Location quite a long walk from the bus stop.The host must have forgotten to place a curtain or blind in the bathroom.The room borders a public park people can see you showering.There needs to be utensils in the kitchen for guests not necessarily food stuffs.I had to request the host to put my food in the fridge not sure why because on the ad it shows a kitchen which I hope is open to guests.When I arrived the towel I was given was wet I just hope it was removed from the dryer and not recycled without washing
