- Wibke (6/5): Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage mit Abstrichen in der Wohnqualität - Die zentrale Lage Die Wohnung sieht auf den Bildern wertiger aus, als sie in Wirklichkeit ist. Ausstattung zum Teil eher ramschig. Gebäude ist alt. Das Treppenhaus ist ungepflegt. Stufen sind aufgetreten und schief, die Treppen lösen sich zum Teil von den Wänden. Der Aufstieg in die dritte Etage ist für ältere Personen sehr mühsam. Der Boden der Wohnung sowie die Wände sind sehr schief. Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht schließen. Die Fenster zur Straße sind völlig undicht und ziehen. Andere Lüftungsmöglichkeit recht aufwendig über Dachkuppelfenster mit Drehstange. Im Bad roch es unangenehm.
