• Pamela (5/5): Nice space and good location, but…. - Good location, spacious, and felt secure. We have been traveling for two weeks and it was nice to have separate rooms and space. The doors are really beautiful and there are nice amenities like an espresso machine. The property manager/owner was very responsive and communicative before our stay. As with many of the other reviews, the hot water in the shower was an issue and didn’t last longer than 3 minutes so only one person could shower and had to be quick. I ended up washing my hair in the nice deep sink to save hot water before showering. There were dispensers for the shower but the shower gel was empty and the shampoo smelled like it was filled with hand soap. I appreciate there is a washing machine with detergent but be aware there is no dryer, so we hung our close around the apartment to dry. The apartment is in a very busy area and the room next to the street is very loud, with people and cars till 4am, though I don’t fault the property for this. None the less prospective guests should be aware as this could be a challenge for a light sleeper. The couch has stains all over, which was unpleasant and it looks like mold forming in the bathroom wall by the laundry.

• Tina (7/5): Busy road - Comfortable lounge / diner, coffee machine, closeness to Brera & attractions Difficult to sleep in front twin bedroom due to noise of traffic, sirens etc. Some instructions for the apartment and how things work would have been useful
• PAUL (8/5): Ideal location for exploring the city - Location was great. Lots of local restaurants and we could walk into the city centre. Despite being on a main road the apartment was quiet at night. Couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and there was no plug for the kitchen sink

• Elena (5/5): one-way stay of a family with a small child - Good location, with lots of things around (supermarket, restaurants, bus stops etc.). Very spacious rooms. During our stay the A/C stopped working for a day and the host arranged someone to come and fix it quickly enough (but it was no fun being in that heat with no A/C). The location wasgood in terms of commuting, but the building was on a really busy street and it was very, very noisy. Added to that there were glass doors inside, that rattled every time you closed/opened them (not great when you try to put a small child to sleep). The beds were not very comfortable and it was impossible to regulate the water temperature in the shower. In general a nice place, but some furniture/fixtures were a bit old making it a bit difficult to enjoy the place.
• Sarah van Duijvenvoorde (8/5): Weekend in Milan - The location was so convenient and the space was fantastic. Loved the black out blinds in the bedroom and coffee machine in the kitchen. Some really great features in a really large apartment. So much to explore just outside the door and really great for the metro, parc sempione, the aquarium, duomo, etc. The hot water was not working and as it was quite cold and rainy while we were there we would have appreciated it! Also the bed was very creaky.

• Afiq (9/5): Superb - Spacious and comfortable apartment conveniently located near both train access and major attractions. Just a few small things could be more pleasant, such as the key lockbox location, the lock on the bathroom door, the temperature control in the shower, etc.

• Alison (8/5): Very helpful staff member. - Very spacious. Great having a washing machine. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a mix up with the booking . It was double booked for our last day, so we had to vacate a day earlier. The lady we dealt with was amazing, though. She did everything possible to help us find new accommodation. And she even rang the taxi for us to take us to our new hotel. Which was very kind of her. All in all, it was a very comfortable apartment. Cafes and a supermarket a few minutes walk away. The Metro underground, about a 10 min walk. It was further from Central Station than we expected. The apartment was older than we expected. It wasn't made clear that the code we were given for access, was actually for the lock box that was attached to a public rubbish bin out on the pavement. The lock box held the key to the apartment and the front door of the building. Code given was NOT for the keypad on the wall of the building, as we thought. It was dark when we arrived, so we were a bit frantic, till eventually another tenant came home and he was able to assist us. So, be warned, the code is for the lock box on the rubbish bin.
• Jillian (7/5): Easy walking to the centre with parking close by. - The apartment location was great, but it is on a busy, noisy road. The apartment is really spacious and has a coffee machine, microwave and cooking pots. However, there are no cooking utensils. There are a couple of supermarkets close by, and it is any easy, flat walk into Milan centre and had parking close by. Brera is a lovely area for bars and restaurants. Each door is crinkled glass so they wasn’t much privacy in the bathroom and bedrooms. This could be solved with blinds. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent.

• Anne-marie (7/5): Great accommodation, big, clean and only 20 min easy walk to the Cathedral. - Location was great, not far from Metro or Train Stations. Easy 20 min stroll into the main area of the city. Property was very clean and a great size. All rooms were huge. Communication with host was very easy and prompt replies. Shower went cold after one shower. The apartment could sleep 4 people but there wasn't enough hot water for two consecutive showers. The twin bedroom matresses were quite lumpy.

So easy to get everywhere even on foot. - Great location, ease of check in, great soundproofing from street traffic and had everything you need for a comfortable stay Hard pillows, glass paned doors on bathroom and bedrooms--noisy when opening and closing and a bit of a privacy issue.

• Delicja (8/5): Pretty good apartment for short family vacation. - Apartment is located in a residential area, 5 minutes from metro station, opposite of the Microsoft office building at busy road intersection. Carrefour express is 3 minutes walk, Chinatown entrance 5 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants around. Because of intersection its a little bit noisy, however as our stay was in January we did not need to open the windows. It has two spacious bedrooms, separate kitchen and living room. Living room and one bedroom have very big french windows (no balcony though) while other bedroom (master) and kitchen are on the much darker side because its on the inner courtyard. WiFi worked perfectly. Host allowed us to leave luggage before checking in which was very nice. We enjoyed the place and our stay. Too little chairs for 4 people (only 2 in the kitchen and 3 in the living room). As the hot water is from gas heater you need to learn how to operate it in order not to be surprised either with very hot or cold water.
• Łukasz (9/5): Superb - Great localisation near underground station, castle, Chinatown, ideal for a further exploring of Milan. Clean and warm apartment, in the old building, really helpful owners.
• Ruth (9/5): Specious apartment in a central location - Spacious property with comfortable beds. Supermarkets very close. Walking distance from castle and other sights - plus easy to catch a tram if you don't fancy walking. The host was clear in his communication and kind enough to leave coffee pods, tea bags, shower gel, washing liquid etc. Would definitely recommend it to others. Because of the central / main road location it was a little noisy with ambulance / other sirens. Nothing else to dislike. Thank you
