• Adam (6/5): This is a nice flat and a good location for getting into central London (<10min walk to tube) and the flat suited our - Good location, clean and tidy with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The descriptions of this property are slight misleading in that the described futons in the rooms only come with an additional charge. We booked this apartment so that our two teenage boys would not have to share a bed. There was no clear mention of the additional charge for there use or that they count as ‘additional beds.’ We were asked to pay an additional charge by the landlord at the end of our stay. However, when I pointed out the lack of clarity around the futons they did kindly drop this charge. You can hear all movement in the flat above, the neighbours weren’t noisy but even walking around could be heard.

Great location - our daughter especially enjoyed being so close to Westfield Mall 😂 Just a piece of advice: if you travel in the winter the house is heated so don’t pack heavy pajamas!
• Cecile (10/5): Everything was perfect - Every thing was great A nice flat in a lovely house You can hear the people on the first floor but it is ok Well furnished with a washing machine and a dish washer 2 nice and big bedrooms I truly recommand ! The subway is 5 min walk There is a tesco and a nice pub around I will come again for sure Nothing
• Kyly (10/5): Great location, lovely house, everything you need for an excellent stay in London - Property has a fabulous location, close to the tube and shops. It was clean, great comfy beds, nice bathroom, good sized room. We were a family with three teenagers and it was awesome. The owner was very quick to respond to any communication too.

• Wendy (9/5): Modern Apartments - nearer White City than Shepherds Bush - Straight into Central Line and Town - Nearest Tube was White City, and a 10 minute walk from there and easier than getting off at Shepherds Bush, so an easy journey on the Central Line back into town. Facilities great and had everything you needed to cook in or go out. Very pleased with the accommodation and the location. Spacious and exceptionally clean. The Shepherds Bush title a bit misleading - but once you know White City Tube is closer and just a 10 minute walk from there, it is easier to get to and from.
• Anna (9/5): Superb - Beautiful house with lots of amenities. Peaceful neighbourhood with access to tube and bus stops. The location was a bit further from the tube though (around 15min on foot) but nothing serious, we love to walk. There were extra beds, very comfortable. The walls are really thin, you could hear upstair neighbours walking, talking, vacuuming both in late and early hours. Some of our friends are light sleepers, so it was a bit distracting.

• Ninazajc (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment it's amazing! It was my fifth time in London, I stayed in different acomodations, and this one was one of the two where I felt like at home! Clean, two bedrooms, everything you need it's there, trully wonderfull! Yes, you hear the neighbours upstairs, but it's not something that bothered us, not even a little! When you say 'just like at home' it's the perfect description of this apartment!
• Shailesh (7/5): Generic modern apartment 15 minutes away from Westfield - Nice enough apartment, it was easy to get the keys. The utilities and amenities listed were present. There's also a lovely children's park within walking distance. The location isn't that accurate. Westfield mall and the nearest tube stops are a good 15 minutes walk and there are not too many stores in a 5 minute radius. The overall aesthetic was a bit generic and there was a massive cardboard box with some old furniture left in the hallway for the duration of our stay. A real eyesore! We could also hear the people moving around upstairs from about 6 pm till 10:30-11 pm.

• Mary (10/5): My family loved our stay there and we would definitely stay there next time we are in London - The apartment is very modern, clean cosy and on a quiet street. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the underground stations and Tesco. Also less than 10 minutes to Westfield shopping center. The host was very quick to respond- when we asked for fans there were provided them in less than 40 minutes. We were also able to get an early check in and late check out. Occasionally you could here movements of the neighbors upstairs but it was not a big deal for us

• Kathy (8/5): Very good - Clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom, very comfortable beds, responsive owner Parking fees are £6 an hour between 9-5 except Sundays. May be good to bring earplugs as upstairs neighbours are very noisy.
