• Sarah-Jane (1/5): Overbooked - We were never able to use our booking because the hotel was overbooked. Instead, we were offered an alternative accommodation that was located outside the area and had very poor reviews on Google. This was not an acceptable solution.

Nous avons adoré loger ici à notre arrivée au Vietnam et pour notre découverte d’Ho Chi Minh. Proche de toutes les visites du district 1 et du marché. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied. Le checkin et les infos sont super clairs et tout est très accessible. Dans une rue où les voisins sont super souriants et très gentils. Petit bémol sur la bande son du karaoke voisin mais bon cela fait partie de l‘expérience locale
• ASSA (8/5): Un peu déçue. - L’appartement semblait propre Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour. La veille de notre arrivée, nous avons été informés que le logement initialement réservé avait été endommagé par la pluie. En contrepartie, nous avons été relogés dans un appartement spacieux, mais qui ne correspondait absolument pas à notre réservation. Il n’y avait pas le nombre de lits prévu et ceux disponibles étaient trop petits. De plus, une chambre avait été remplacée par un salon transformé en espace de couchage, ce qui n’était pas du tout confortable pour mes enfants. Nous avions choisi une maison typiquement vietnamienne, et nous avons finalement eu un appartement qui était l’exact opposé de ce que nous attendions. Grande déception.

The location is extremely convenient, just a 3-minute walk to Ben Thanh Market and close to attractions like **Tao Dan Park** and **Takashimaya**. The apartment is clean, fully equipped with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, air conditioning, and a hot tub for relaxation after a long day. Wi-Fi is stable, and the airport shuttle service is very convenient. This is an ideal choice for a stay in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. I will definitely return and recommend it to friends!
