• GUSTAVO (8/5): Feliz de estar en Milán y donde nos alojamos. - Nos gustó mucho el barrio Navigli, el departamento fue funcional para nosotros, pero en general todo muy bien. Oscar nuestro anfitrión ha estado en contacto permanente con nosotros ante cualquier inconveniente, que por suerte no hemos tenido ninguno. Gracias Oscar por tu hospitalidad.

• M (8/5): Mooi verblijf - Fijne gastheer, Mooie en nette accomodatie en erg mooie plek net 2 straten achter het drukke gebied. Mooie keuken en badkamer en genoeg ruimte. Geen keuken spullen zoals bijvoorbeeld spullen om een eitje mee om te draaien, geen waterkoker of koffie apparaat. Ook geen vaatdoek of handoek om de spullen na het afwassen te drogen. En erg veel muggen.

• Polina (6/5): - location The apartment has terrible sound insulation. We could hear everything that was happening in the neighbors' apartment, like them running up and down the stairs. Because it's on the first floor and the doors are glass, you can hear everything that's happening on the street. The floor in the apartment is very cold, and there are no slippers! There are also no basic items for comfortable living (tea, coffee, oil, salt, a kettle, a microwave, and a washing machine).

• Ángela (9/5): Todo perfecto - La ubicación es excelente, estás a un paso del lago, que tiene mucho ambiente. Es una alojamiento muy mono y apañado, con cosas para poder cocinar tú mismo. Muy fácil acceso. Te contactan por WhatsApp antes de la estancia, y te contestan enseguida con cualquier duda. Muy atentos. Por poner alguna pega insignificante, que ya se lo comenté al propietario y me dijo que lo pondría próximamente: una toalla más para secarse las manos en el aseo y gel de manos. Y quizá colocar el sensor de la luz del vestidor de forma que no se encienda cada vez que subes por las escaleras.

Kaipasimme vedenkeitintä, ei ollut mahdollisuutta saada sitä oleskelumme aikana. Itse ostimme pahvi mukeja ym pientä tarvikkeita että saimme aamuisin pientä syötävää.

De faciliteiten van het appartement waren top: prima bed en goede douche. Het appartement was keurig schoon en alles werkte prima. Oscar was ons aanspraakpunt en hij heeft ons prima geholpen en te woord gestaan. Complimenten!

• Nerea (10/5): - El apartamento estaba bien en general, pero el 10 se lo lleva Oscar por el trato hacia nosotras, estuvo atento y servicial siempre! No nos faltó de nada gracias a él y se portó muy bien! Que no había ni micro ni horno para cocinar!

• Vivien (7/5): - Szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, közel van sok étteremhez és könnyen megközelíthető a környék nevezetességeihez. Ez mindenképp nagy előny. Ugyanakkor a tisztasággal sajnos nem voltunk elégedettek – az ágy poros volt, a zuhanykabin környéke vízköves volt, mindenhol fekete hajszálak találtunk, és hiányoltam a törölköző tartót. Összességében az elhelyezkedés pozitívum, de a higiénia terén van még hova fejlődni. Higiénia elhanyagolása, vízköves fürdőszoba, idegen hajszálak mindenhol.

• Guest (9/5): Buena relación calidad-precio: repetiría - La ubicación del hotel es excelente, en Navigli dónde hay mucho ambiente y la conexión del metro (a 2 min del apartamento) lo facilita todo para llegar al centro. El apartamento en sí es pequeño pero acogedor. En nuestro caso contaba de 2 pisos: en la parte inferior un sofá con tele y nevera y a su lado el baño que cuenta con toallas y productos de aseo. En la parte superior se encuentra "la habitación" que consta de una cama de 90 y un mueble. Para hacer el check-in fue muy fácil. Se hace al llegar allí mismo y con las indicaciones del anfitrión dadas previamente se adquiere la llave que facilitará el acceso al apartamento. La cama es de 90, nosotros éramos una pareja que por suerte al ser delgados cabiamos bien. Sino, uno debería de haber dormido en el sofá. También se escuchaba fácilmente los apartamentos del lado Podría haber tenido un microondas y/o cafetera.

Even though we knew it was a loft, the stairs were very steep it almost felt dangerous. It also would have been nice to have some cushions on the couch as it was practically impossible to sit on comfortably.

• Stéphanie (3/5): Pas un appartement, décevant et peu confortable - Le quartier, super sympa, vivant et proche du centre à pied Le manque d'équipements dans l'appartement qui n'en est pas un puisque c'est un espèce de grand studio mais sans cuisine sans table basse...juste une télé et un mini frigo Le logement donne directement sur la rue et n'a pas de fenêtre(seule la porte est vitrée) Le lit est pour une personne, et le canapé lit aussi... La douche était bouchée et moyennement propre. L'absence d'équipements et de confort nous ont fait changer d'hébergement pour la deuxième nuit. Par conséquent ce n'est pas un bon rapport qualité prix, le tarif élevé n'étant pas justifié à mon sens.

Chambre calme, très propre, logement très bien situé à coté de la Milano à vivre Le logement est du type à mezzanine n'est pas adapté à des seniores, l'echelle pour monter à l'étage nuit n'est pas facile pour eux. Equipement assez limité, pas de table, de chaises.

• Karima (4/5): - L'emplacement était très bien Le logement était sale, cuvette des WC cassée, araignées et toiles d'araignées un peu partout dans le logement, même au niveau du plafond. La climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit et des gouttes coulaient. L'évier de la salle de bain mettait du temps à évacuer l'eau. L'eau mettait du temps à arriver. Le logement était mal isolé, nous entendions même les voisins faire leurs besoins aux wc. La nuit nous avons dû toquer dans le mur car nous entendions tout ce qu'il se passait dans le logement à côté. Nous avons dû éteindre la climatisation pour espérer dormir un peu. Le lit et les coussins n'étaient pas confortables. Le canapé était plein de tâches blanchâtres. Dans le réfrigérateur nous avons retrouvé des cheveux et des poils. Les escaliers étaient pentus, très difficile de monter et descendre. Il y avait même des traces de chaussures au plafond.

We ran through some challenges arriving in Milan and he made sure to provide us the best experience coming over. Would definitely recommend coming here and staying at their hotels again! The location is very good, it wasn't too noisy (except some people passing and talking loudly). The shower has great pressure and the bathroom is very well equipped. The place even has a small fridge. The place could have been cleaner (dust bunnies and mosquito marks on the walls).
• Lena Isabella (7/5): Tiptop - Die Lage ist sensationell. Das Maisonette-Apartment war sehr sauber, genau wie auf den Fotos und auch mit dem Check-In hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Es hat unsere Erwartungen entsprochen - genau wie auf dem Inserat. Obwohl es keinen Empfang gibt, hatten wir Kontakt per Whatsapp mit dem Besitzer, was sehr freundlich und unkompliziert war. Die Bettdecke war sehr klein. Was leider eher unglpcklich war, war dass im Badezimmer laufend starker und beißender Rauchgeruch aufkam, das kam wohl aus einem Schacht. Wir haben den Besitzer kontaktiert und er hat sich dann darum gekümmert.

• Tonya (7/5): - Een ontzettend leuke buurt om te verblijven, met 4 minuten sta je aan een restaurantjes straat. Het appartement ziet er netjes uit en je kunt hier prima met drie personen verblijven. Het inchecken is erg laat. Omdat het kantoor verder weg is van het appartement (35 min) kun je niet gemakkelijk je bagage kwijt. De bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant.

El apartamento está en un espacio con un precioso parque y es muy tranquilo. El apartamento no tenía cocina, aún así, deberían dejar un mínimo de un par de vasos. La luz de la habitación no era la mejor.

• Hannah (7/5): Nette Unterkunft mit toller Lage - Sehr großes und geräumiges Apartment, mit guter Anbindung direkt in die Stadt sowie wenige Meter in das belebte Viertel am Kanal mit vielen Restaurants. Zwei Klimaanlagen waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Leider war es bei genauerem hinsehen nicht all zu sauber. Außerdem ist es in der Unterkunft relativ hellhörig. Man hört sowohl viel vom Haus als auch was draußen auf der Straße los ist.

• Antonella Filosi (10/5): Navigli e Unipol Forum - A due minuti a piedi dai navigli. Struttura molto carina, moderna e pulita.. Per chi arriva con il treno, linea M2 verde fino a Porta Genova FS. Comodissimo per chi come me è andato al concerta all'Unipol Forum ad Assago. Sempre prendendo linea M2. Struttura moderna in zona silenziosa a due passi dai locali sui navigli

• Niki (6/5): The stay was OK but would avoid this establishment in future. - The location was good, close to bars and restaurants, yet quiet neighbourhood. Seemed to be well-priced compared to other Milan offerings. Bedlinen and towels were threadbare and worn through in places. No glasses, cups or basic coffee, tea making facilities. No bottled water supplied. Stingey with soap and loo paper, etc. Sofa bed oriented so one person needs to clamber over the other to get out of bed - solution to move bed at risk of breakage as all furniture cheap. No bedside tables.
