• Deborah (7/5): - Location,location was the best point for this accommodation. It was very difficult to locate the key and enter the parking area because there was no parking close by. We needed to go around the city twice due to this and due to the fob not working, we reached out to be advised of the PIN no. for the parking. The apartment was not cleaned to our expectations with other's hair in the bathrooms, no shampoo or conditioner, filthy carpet, inappropriate furniture in the main bedroom, dated furniture and pictures unhung and still wrapped in clear wrap.

• Dolly (7/5): Location is great, very central! - We liked how the property is central to everything. Lots of good food options nearby, very easy to commute specially if using the tram. Furnitures are very basic, bed mattresses are not that comfortable. They need to improve their house keeping. Not straight forward check in process, instructions are not that clear and concise. The parking included in the booking was a plus, however, the garage remote was not working at all. I was even asked to change the battery for us to be able to use it.

• Ryan (4/5): CBD apartment for short stays - Good location lots of room tv had net flix etc Good internet Check in process was horrid after a long travel day - lock box had to be broken into by the handyman after an hour of waiting . On check out code was told to be the same as original lock box but was not updated leading to a frantic check out unable to replace keys into the box and trying to make a flight. many missed calls due to time difference. The space was Mainly clean but some may find the apartment dirty for the location it is in. Very thin pillows!

• Patricia (3/5): Great location but otherwise a very disappointing, inconvenient stay. Would not recommend - Great location. The keys were in a lock box three blocks away from the apartment. did not use the parking but it was also three blocks from the apartment. The check-in instructions indicated that we could park the car and simply go up to level 15 to the apartment. But as the keys/parking were at a different address from the apartment, we checked with the host who confirmed that there "was a little walk" to the apartment. Therefore the check-in instructions were ambiguous at best, misleading at worst. We were told there was a sofa bed but it was only a sofa, not at all suitable for an adult to sleep on. Not enough pillows and they were very flat, no variety in pillow heights. Only one skimpy tea towel (for 4 adults for 4 days), no tissues, no paper towels. There were a few food items in the kitchen (tea, etc) but I suspect these had been left by previous guests, as had some of the toiletries. No other kitchen supplies such as glad wrap, foil, etc. We lost water to the apartment for a whole day which meant we had to keep returning to the apartment to see if it had been fixed. It turned out that it was an easy fix and should have been dealt with in a very short time after reporting it, instead of it taking all day. Most of the furniture was tatty (even a faulty leg on one chair which could have resulted in a nasty mishap). We left the host a list of maintenance issues.
• Susan (10/5): Fantastic stay and a fantastic property - The property was lovely and clean. And an excellent location The checking in and out we found quite difficult.

Comfortable stay and sleep. - The view, the balcony was amazing The beds were comfortable and the location was great Not much not to like a few small things with a broken bin, and a few minor cleanliness issues. But issues with previous people and returning keys so cleaning wasn’t as thorough. Totally understand that 😊 maybe get cleaners to check behind cushions as we found something not nice. But otherwise it was great

Vivian is easy to get ahold of and provided clear directions for getting keys etc. There were a few damaged pieces of furniture and stains on the bed. Beds were a little hard and pillows weren’t adequate

• Anne (8/5): Great location for central Sydney stay - Location was fantastic. Close to light rail which was convenient to get around. Well equipped. Good communication with the host The beds are really hard and in need of a soft mattress topper. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable.

Pillows were very flat, no support for sleeping. No additional blankets or pillows provided in the room. No bedside tables to master bed. Nowhere to set up an alarm clock/phone.
