• Norma (10/5): Excelente muy recomendable - Las instalaciones del apartamento. Todo impecable muy funcional y super limpio. Mejor aún que en las fotos. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente antes y durante toda nuestra estadía si estábamos cómodos y si precisabamos alguna cosa. Excelente atención!!! No hubo nada que no nos gustara

• georgios kav (7/5): RECOMENDED, ΙΚΑΝΟΠΟΙΗΤΙΚΗ ΔΙΑΜΟΝΗ! - Βολική τοποθεσία αφού στα 5 λεπτά περπάτημα υπάρχει η στάση μετρό Ventas. Επίσης, βολεύουν και γραμμές με το αστικό λεωφορείο. Η περιοχή ειναι ήσυχη κι ασφαλής, με μάρκετ κι εστιατορια τριγύρω Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ηταν εξαιρετική (μέσω WhatsApp) Ubicación conveniente, ya que la estación de metro Ventas está a 5 minutos a pie. También, hay buenas líneas de autobús. La zona es tranquila y segura, con mercados y restaurantes cerca. La comunicación con el propietario fue excelente (vía WhatsApp). Good location, as the Ventas metro station is a 5-minute walk away. There are also convenient bus lines. The area is quiet and safe, with markets and restaurants around. Communication with the owner was excellent (via WhatsApp) Ανεπαρκής η λειτουργία του A/C μιας κι εκανε υπερβολικό θόρυβο κι ο χωρος ειχε μια αισθηση υγρασίας. Επίσης ο καναπές-κρεβάτι κάπως άβολος στον ύπνο. Παντως, σε γενικες γραμμες η διαμονή μας ήταν ικανοποιητική κι η τιμή του λογική. El aire acondicionado (calefaccion) no funcionaba bien porque hacía demasiado ruido y la habitación se sentía húmeda. El sofá cama también era un poco incómodo para dormir. En general, nuestra estancia fue satisfactoria y el precio razonable. The A/C was too noisy and the room felt damp. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, our stay was satisfactory and the price was reasonable.
• ANTONIO (9/5): - Está bien equipado y tanto el check in como el.chek out es fácil de hacer. Tiene una buena ubicación. El sofá cama no es cómodo para dormir y el lugar es pequeño para una familia. En realidad no es para estar mucho rato, pero si la intención es visitar Madrid se está bien. Hay que tener en cuenta que para aparcar es toda zona verde por lo que hay que meter el coche en un garaje (unos €20 x día).

• Luca (5/5): - Posizione Poca pulizia. Assenza di spiegazione sul funzionamento del piano induzione. Avendo prenotato per 4, trovo assurdo che l’ospite debba aprire e fare da solo il letto del divano letto!!!

• Arenas Garcia (10/5): - El propietario super atento y nos facilito el poder entrar una hora antes. Esta muy cerca del metro,, con supermercados y restaurantes cerca.
• Katherine (5/5): Agradable - Nos encanto el barrio ya que es muy céntrico, facilmente puedes ir andando hasta el metro, el supermercado, restaurantes, etc. Las camas super incomodas, las toallas finitas, bastante suciedad en el piso y un nido de hormigas por toda la cocina y salon. Es lo ultimo que uno quiere después de un viaje muy largo. Pero entendemos que estas cosas pasan a veces. El trato de los dueños era muy bueno y querían ayudar, que cuenta para mucho.
• Hezekia (9/5): The stay was very pleasant and enjoyable apart from the issue with the bed. We would mind coming back again. - It is well located and one is able to move with ease whether by car or public transport, metro and buses. The beds are a bit noisy. When you turn while a sleep both the sofa bed and the main bed would screech.
