- Glynn (8/5): -
- Kerry (1/5): A total waste of time. - Nothing We travelled 3 hours to London to be told on the checking in time that the property was no longer available. We had to fight for a full refund and on the spot had to book another hotel which cost us a lot of money. It destroyed our whole trip and wasted us a lot of time and money !!
- Kieran (7/5): Studio apartment suitable for a couple who are travelling light. Free parking on Saturday and Sunday which was a bonus. - Studio was in a convenient location for the The Lost Estate where we were visiting. A couple of basic such as a TV, basic amenities such as hairdryer, ironing board, etc would be good for a longer stay, however, we knew this before we booked. Cutlery draw needs to be deep cleaned.
- Mohammed (4/5): Disappointing -
- Daniel (5/5): Passable -
- Fabrizio (1/5): Not welcoming at all!!! - The toilet has a nice mirror When the landlord thought I was a boy, there was no problem: I had asked if I could leave my luggages there before check in and he replied that the room was ready so I could check in straight away and that he was going to meet me at the property. When he arrived as soon as he saw me he said “Are we going to have any problem?”. He then proceeded to explain me that he already had - and instead of saying the word “transgender” he just point at me (so transphobic that he can’t even say the word) - at the property, that they are all Brazilian and keep their music loud, take drugs and run a prostitution business. So I tried to reassure him and told him that I listen to music to a reasonable volume, had no plan whatsoever of taking any drugs and that all I wanted was to relax and wait for my partner who was going to join me later on. So he decided to swap flat and give me the number 1 on the ground floor: because of the acoustic you can’t hear music and noise too much from the other flats (call me liar without calling me liar…thank you). Kept on repeating he didn’t want me to cause any problem and at that point I wasn’t even arguing, I just wanted him to go. When you are trans you are used to have everybody’s eyes on you and go through any sort of discrimination but when you home or whatever shelter you have for the day, that’s when you can have peace and I wasn’t feeling in peace at all so I called my partner and told him what happen and that I was going to book somewhere else. So that was the plan: no arguments or issues, I was just going to leave quietly once I found another place. The landlord knocked at my door before leaving and asked “So there will be no problem, right?” and I informed him I was leaving because that sort of treatment put me off. To justify it, he told me there was a Brasilian guy the previous week who was a drug dealer and there was people coming and going the whole time and tried to show me the footage if the CCTV.

booking was easy
Studio was small but perfect for two and clean with all the basics. It would have been nice to have the access details to the studio prior to our arrival. I had to make a call and gain access which isn't what I normally do.
- Yuval (7/5): Good -
- Goddard (10/5): Exceptional - The Studio is well located and has all amenities close by. It is spacious with the access to the Garden from the kitchenette area. The property was clean and fully equipped no need to be making those annoying calls, trying to find things for cup of tea. As this was already for you in the Studio Although there was tgecfeel of lots of room with the garden space sometimes it was nice to close the door. And possibly a fan to be oscillating the air quietly. All in all, happy....
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable All good
